You can earn immediate profits by buying YOR Health products at the Wholesale, Autoship, or Promo Autoship prices, and resell these products to your customers at the Retail prices. Direct retail sales will serve as an immediate income for you as you build a long-term base of satisfied customers.

We are strong believers in rewarding you right away for working right away. The First Order Bonus is our way of helping you jump-start your business and earn extra money.

You can earn a bonus based on the initial purchase of your Personally Sponsored Registered Retail Customers (RRCs), Select Customers (SCs), and Distributors. If you are an active Distributor maintaining with at least 100 PV, and your personally sponsored RRC, SC, or Distributor purchases 200-399 PV or 400 PV+ worth of products on their first order, you can earn a bonus of $15 or $30, respectively. If you are an active Distributor maintaining with at least 200 PV, and your personally sponsored RRC,

SC, or Distributor purchases 200-399 PV or 400 PV+ worth of products on their first order, you can earn a bonus of $40 or $80, respectively.

Maximize your Retail Profits by purchasing YOR Health Products at the Promo Autoship price and selling them for Retail, potentially making up to 44% profits instantly.

STAR BUILDER BONUS

The Star Builder Bonus is a great way to earn additional up-front money for your team building efforts. To become a Star, you must be active and have at least one personally sponsored and active SC or Distributor on your left and right legs.

WHEN YOU ARE ACTIVE AND QUALIFIED WITH 100 -199 PV ON AUTOSHIP YOU CAN EARN:

1) $15 Star Builder Bonus if your personally sponsored Distributor becomes a STAR by personally sponsoring 2 SCs or Distributors, one on the Left and one on the Right, who each purchases 200 – 399 PV worth of products.

2) $30 Star Builder Bonus if your personally sponsored Distributor becomes a STAR by personally sponsoring 2 SCs or Distributors, one on the Left and one on the Right, who each purchases 400 PV or more worth of products.

WHEN YOU ARE ACTIVE AND QUALIFIED WITH 200 PV OR MORE ON AUTOSHIP YOU CAN EARN:

1) $40 Star Builder Bonus if your personally sponsored Distributor becomes a STAR by personally sponsoring 2 SCs or Distributors, one on the Left and one on the Right, who each purchases 200 – 399 PV worth of products.

If you are not QUALIFIED in the week that one of your personally sponsored distributors reaches the rank of Star, you will have the following three weeks to become qualified in order to earn the Star Builder Bonus.

If you are not ACTIVE the week that one of your personally sponsored Distributors reaches the rank of Star, you will forfeit the Star Builder Bonus for that Distributor.

Star Builder Bonus only applies to your Personally Enrolled Distributors that enrolled AFTER November 1, 2009.

Team Commissions (Commissions) has always been the mainstay of our Compensation Plan. As a YOR Health Distributor, your focus is building a valuable base of RRCs, SCs, and Distributors.

You will be compensated based on successfully building sales volume within your organization. Team Commissions allow you to earn a weekly Commission check based on the Group Product Volume (GPV) you earn from the commissionable online product purchases made by the RRCs, SCs, and Distributors in your organization. When your referred SCs and Distributors refer their friends and family to enroll as RRCs, SCs or Distributors to purchase YOR Health products, you will also receive GPV that counts toward your Bankable Commissions. In addition, your sponsor may place people under your organization as well to help you grow your business.

As your organization begins to grow, you are entitled to earn Commissions based on your Match Points (MPs), which is the total weekly GPV generated on your lesser volume leg. Commissions are paid out when you accumulate the required weekly MPs for each rank.

Calculating Team Commissions: You must be active and qualified to be eligible to earn Commissions. MPs are paid at the 500 MP level and every hundred MP increment thereafter. Once you reach a minimum of 500 MPs, you earn 10% of the total MPs you generate that commission period. Any unmatched GPV will carry over to the following week, so long as you remain active. Failure to remain active will result in the reset of all GPV for all PCs. Commissions are limited to $10,000 per week, per PC.

EXAMPLE : You generate 1,000 GPV on your left leg and 1,200 GPV on your right leg this week. Since you are able to match 1,000 GPV from your left leg, and 1,000 GPV from your right leg, you made 1,000 MPs at the rank of Bronze. 1,000 MPs x 10% = $100. Your unmatched 200 GPV from your right leg will carry over to the next week.

EXECUTIVE CHECK MATCH5

In addition to Team Commissions that is based on your Placement Tree, you can earn a Generation Check Match that is based on your Personally Sponsored Tree.

The Generation Check Match allows you to earn a bonus on the first $2500 of the Team Commissions paid to Distributors in your Personally Sponsored Tree. This consists of Distributors that you personally sponsor, the Distributors they personally sponsor, and so on.

The Generation Check Match is based on up to seven generations of Distributors in your Personally Sponsored Tree. A generation includes all Distributors in each of your Personally Sponsored Tree legs and ends when an active Distributor ranked Silver or above is

found, regardless of depth. The Generation Check Match is calculated on unlimited width.

As your Distributor Rank increases, so does the number of generations on which you can be paid a Generation Check Match. Therefore, in order to maximize your income, you should strive to continue advancing to higher Distributor Ranks, as well as to personally sponsor Distributors, creating more Personally Sponsored Tree legs on which you can earn a Generation Check Match.

* The Generation Check Match is generated from the GPV of the Distributors in your Personally Sponsored Tree. It is paid weekly and is based on a floating percentage. YOR Health guarantees a 52.5% payout of total company Group Product Volume. After the various other ways of earning bonuses with YOR Health are calculated, any remaining available bonuses are allocated to the Generation Check Match and then paid, along with other earned bonuses for the week. Silver Distributors and above must be active with at least 200 PV on Autoship to earn a Generation Check Match. Generation Check Match cannot exceed the volume from your lesser volume leg.

With the YOR Health New Age Re-Entry, you can capitalize on your existing efforts by re-entering a new Profit Center (PC) in your organization. You will have the option to place your new PC either on top of your existing PC, or placing it anywhere in your downline organization.

You will be rewarded with your 2nd PC when you achieve the rank of Royal Blue Diamond, and your 3rd and 4th PCs when you achieve the rank of White Diamond.

To request a Re-Entry PC, once you qualify, you must email [email protected] with the following:

To reward those that have earned the “Paid As” Rank of Blue Diamond and above, each week we will set aside 2.5% of the Company’s Total GPV for our Leadership Bonus. Once you

earn the “Paid As” Rank of Blue Diamond, you will earn a share of the Leadership Bonus, which will be paid out once a week. As you achieve higher ranks, you can receive additional shares of the Leadership Bonus.

*To earn shares in the Leadership Bonus, you must be an active and qualified Distributor with a “Paid As” rank of Blue Diamond or above, with at least 200 PV every 28 days.

You are not required to pay the $50 enrollment fee again for the Re-Entry PC. And once your Re-Entry PC has been placed in the system, you can begin to start earning GPV and work towards earning another Re-Entry PC.

There is currently a limit of 3 Re-Entry PCs for a total of 4 PCs that you can have in your organization. To truly help you maximize your efforts, you will still only need to generate 200 PPV to keep all PCs active. The Re-Entry PC you qualified for has no expiration date and is nontransferable.

30–39 weeks = $1,000; 20–29 weeks = $750; 15–19

weeks = $500. You must be continually active

and qualified with at least 200 PV to earn the

ACTIVATION: The act of Distributors retaining their PC(s) by accumulating a minimum of 200 PPV within 28 days of enrollment.

ACTIVE: having at least 100 PPV every 28 days. A status which is required to accumulate PPV to be eligible to receive Bonuses and/or commissions.

AUTOSHIP: The ability for Customers and Distributors to schedule orders in advance, and automatically bill and ship out the order recurrently. Registered Retail Customers on autoship will be charged the regular Retail pricing; Select Customers and Distributors on autoship are able to take advantage of the discounted Autoship pricing.

BANKABLE: The ability to accumulate Group Product Volume from the commissionable purchases of Retail Registered Customers, Select Customers, and Distributors.

CARRYOVER VOLUME: Extra Group Product Volume after Match Points are paid out is carried over to the following week. Carryover Volume does not expire, but will be reset if your Profit Center does not remain active or does not renew.

DISTRIBUTOR: Distributors are independent representatives entitled to purchase YOR Health products at wholesale and Autoship prices to resell to Retail Customers or for personal consumption, refer and enroll Registered Retail Customers, Select Customers and other Distributors, and take part in all company Distributor compensation programs.

DOWNLINE ORGANIZATION: Any SC or Distributor whose placement in the placement tree is underneath your PC(s) and placed within your own leg(s).

GROUP PRODUCT VOLUME (GPV): The sum of Product Volume from the product orders by RRCs, SCs, and other Distributors in a downline organization.

MAINTENANCE: As a Distributor, you must maintain an active status to earn commissions by accumulating a minimum of 100 Personal Product Volume (PPV) every 28 days for your Profit Center(s) (PCs), regardless of how many linked PCs you may have. In order for Product Volume (PV) to count towards PPV, your personal orders can only be assigned to your PC1, and no other. If at any time, you are not maintained, all volume will reset (beginning & new volume will zero out) and new Group Product Volume (GPV) will not be bankable until maintenance has been fulfilled. Reset will be permanent after Friday at 5 pm (Pacific) of any week you are not maintained.

You can maximize your earnings potential by maintaining with 200 PV, qualifying for larger bonuses.

MATCH POINTS (MP): The number of Group Product Volume on the left and right sides that is payable for commissions. The amount of Group Product Volume counted towards commissions is the lesser of the two legs.

PAY CYCLE: Friday at 5:00 pm (Pacific) to the next Friday at 4:59 pm (Pacific).

PERSONAL PRODUCT VOLUME (PPV): The sum of Product Volume from a Select Customer or Distributor’s personal product orders which is used for retail sale (only applicable for Distributors) and/or personal consumption. Personal Product Volume can only be assigned to your highest placed PC in your Organization to be considered for Maintenance.

PERSONALLY SPONSORED TREE: The genealogy tree of all your Personally Sponsored SCs & Distributors and their Personally Sponsored SCs and Distributors.

PLACEMENT TREE: The genealogy tree of your entire downline; one’s placement in the organization tree depends on the sponsor’s placement.

PRODUCT VOLUME (PV): A company-assigned value of each product ordered.

PROFIT CENTER (PC): The placement in the Organization Tree when someone enrolls to become a Select Customer or Distributor.

QUALIFIED: You must have at least 2 personally sponsored and active Select Customers or Distributors. You must be an active and qualified Distributor to earn Commissions and Bonuses (Exception: you only need to be active to qualify for First Order Bonus)

REGISTERED RETAIL CUSTOMER (RRC): A customer that enrolls himself without paying the $50 lifetime membership fee, but able to purchase YOR Health products at retail price.

RESERVATION: The act of SCs retaining their PC(s) by accumulating 200 PPV within 4 Fridays of the enrollment date.

RESET: The process in which all volume (beginning and new) are reset to zero. Reset occurs when your PC(s) are not active, but is not permanent until the end of the week on Friday at 4:59 PM (Pacific).

Example – Your last PPV purchase was five weeks ago, and

your admin shows that you are not active for the current

week. You check your product activity report on Thursday,

and your beginning and new volume has reset. However,

this reset is not permanent until Friday at 5:00 PM (Pacific).

If you do not maintain your active status on your PC(s),

this reset will be permanent, and all reset volume will not

be recoverable. But, if you accumulate the minimum PPV

required to maintain before Friday at 4:59 PM (Pacific), you

will receive all previous volume that was lost during reset.

SELECT CUSTOMER (SC): A customer that signs up with the $50 lifetime membership fee which enables the customer to purchase YOR Health products at the discounted Wholesale and/or Autoship price.

SPONSOR: The person that referred you to YOR Health. Your Sponsor can be anywhere above you in the Placement Tree.

UPLINE: Any SC or Distributor whose placement in the organization tree is above your PC(s).

WEEK: One pay cycle.

At YOR Health, we believe in conducting the absolute best business practices at all times and go above and beyond what is legally required. As such, we provide you with the YOR Income Disclosure Statement (“YIDS”). The YIDS is designed to convey truthful, timely, and comprehensive information regarding the income that YOR Distributors earn. In order to accomplish this objective, a copy of the YIDS must be presented to all prospective Distributors.

Anytime the Compensation Plan is presented or discussed, or any type of income claim or earnings representation is made, a copy of the YIDS must be presented to a prospective Distributor (someone who is not a party to a current YOR Distributor Agreement).

The terms “Income claim” and/or “earnings representation” (collectively “income claim”) include: (1) statements of average earnings, (2) statements of non-average earnings, (3) statements of earnings ranges, (4) income testimonials, (5) lifestyle claims, and (6) hypothetical claims. Examples of “statements of non-average earnings” include, “Our number one Distributor earned XXX dollars last year” or “Our average Gold Distributor makes XXX per month.” An example of a “statement of earnings ranges” is “The monthly income for an Emerald Distributor is XXX on the low end to YYY on the high end.

A lifestyle income claim typically includes statements (or pictures) involving large homes, luxury cars, exotic vacations, or other items suggesting or implying wealth. They also consist of references to the achievement of one’s dreams, having everything one always dreamt of, and are phrased in terms of “opportunity”

or “possibility” or “chance”. Claims such as “After six months in business, my YOR income exceeded my salary,” or “Thanks to our YOR business we’ve been able to spend more time with our kids” also fall within the purview of “lifestyle” claims.

A hypothetical income claim exists when you attempt to explain the operation of the Compensation Plan through the use of a hypothetical example. Certain assumptions are made regarding the: (1) number of Distributors sponsored, (2) number of downline Distributors, (3) average product volume per Distributor, and (4) total organizational volume. Applying these assumptions through the Compensation Plan yields income figures which constitute income claims.

In any non-public meeting (e.g., a home meeting, one-on-one, regardless of venue) with a prospective Distributor or Distributors in which the Compensation Plan is discussed or any type of income claim is made, you must provide the prospect(s) with a copy of the YIDS. In any meeting that is open to the public in which the Compensation Plan is discussed or any type of income claim is made, you must provide every prospective Distributor with a copy of the YIDS. In any meeting in which any type of video display is utilized (e.g., monitor, television, projector, etc.) a slide of the YIDS must be displayed prior to any discussion of the Compensation Plan or making of an income claim.
