Long term abuse leads to chronic degenerative diseases. Cancers, headache, heart diseases, diabetes etc.

Yogic science strongly recommends strong GI tract and spinal column. By strengthening these the Pranic energy is reactivated which assists in self-healing and detoxifying the whole system

reduce the suffering and discomfort we should learn how to eat. Moreover right food, eaten at right quantities and right times with right attitude is utmost essential.

Most of us eat not for hunger or satisfy our appetite but to satisfy our emotional needs and greed, to relieve frustration, to while away time. Remember- YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT
