Lifeguard Recertification & Crossover Courses Phase 1:

Tread water 2 minutes

Swim 100 yds front crawl

Phase 2:

Swim 50 yds each

Front crawl, head up

Sidestroke

Breaststroke regular

& head up

Elem backstroke, hand

only

Surface dive & swim

underwater

Course Prerequisites: Must be completed to stay enrolled in course.

Phase 3:

Dive into pool.

Sprint 20 yds

Surface dive, retrieve object

Tread water holding object

Replace object

Swim to end of pool

Climb out unassisted

Begin chest compressions

Await further instructions

Renewal $150 Crossover $175

Course includes: Full course

-Lifeguard Certification*

-CPR & AED

-Basic & Advanced First Aid

-Oxygen Administration.
