Come join us for this playgroup designed for parents/caregivers andinfants 0-18 months. We wil explore their environment, fun withmusic, sensory activites, healthy exercises and literacy.

Community Kitchen

Parents prepare nutritious meals for their family while children playat childminding. Partnering with PULSE food purchase, the goal wilbe to prepare 4 nutritous dishes to take home along with recipesand other information. Registration is limited and required.

Takes place the 3rd Saturday of every month from 10 am- 2 pm




Big Chef, Little Chef

This popular cooking activity is designed for children aged 4 – 8 andtheir parents. Families wil cook special treats and the programencourages new tastes and fun with food. Registration is requiredand limited.

Takes place the 1st Saturday of every month from 11 am- 2 pm




What's Cookin'

This fun activity explores cooking with appropriate appliances suchas slow cookers. Each participant will prepare a main meal and aside meal to take home, research new recipes and create a recipefolder. Registration is very limited.

Takes place the 2nd Saturday of every month from 11 am- 2 pm




Gym Fun

Trip to the Saint John Regional Y! This activity takes place once amonth on the last Wednesday. Everyone meets at the Regional Yand we join in the Kinder gym program. Various equipment isavailable such as obstacle courses, ladders for climbing, tunnels forcrawling. Children aged 2-5 participate from 9 – 10 am and childrenunder 2 years old participate from 10 – 11 am. Fun for everyone! Registration required.




Family Movie Day

On the 3rd Sunday of every month, families can enjoy a Disneymovie and snack.

This is followed by an art activity for the entire family.

Join us from 1 pm – 4 pm.
