CLASS DESCRIPTIONSFoam and Flex- Ideal for anyone looking to improve posture and help their body recover from other workouts. The “foam” stands for foam rolling. Foam rolling can increase blood flow, improve flexibility, reduce muscle soreness, and decrease injury risks associated with other types of exercise. This class will also utilise static stretching for a workout that will leave you feeling lengthened and relaxed.

Metcon- An intense circuit-style workout, Metcon utilises a combination of strength training exercises and anaerobic conditioning drills

Burn- Makes use of functional Cardio equipment such as the rower, Air Dyne, Ski erg and Skill mill to provide bursts of high intensity intervals while its functional strength stations are designed to sculpt the legs, core and arms.

Tabata- Tabata Training is a great way to spice up your workouts, burn more calories and get more out of your exercise time. Because the intervals are so short, you really feel them, but the workout flies by!

PrYme (Fitness, strength and Circuit)- A YMCA developed program for adults 55+ with a focus on strength and Cardio training, improvement of bone density and aiding in the prevention of falls

Body Pump- Bodypump™ is the original barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. Often referred to as 'Pump' by those who love it, it's one of the world's fastest ways to get in shape

HIIT- HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn.

Pilates- Pilates is a system of focused movements and breathing techniques aimed at improving flexibility, posture, and strength without adding muscle mass. Pilates exercises draw on the "powerhouse" region of the body, comprised of the abs and buttocks, for the execution of poses.

Yoga- Yoga helps to overcome stress and increase wellbeing by working with posture, breathing and relaxation.

Yogalates- Yogalates is a fusion of Yoga and Pilates. De-stress, meditate, tone and strengthen in one workout. Wake up the spine, embrace your core and target specific muscle groups

Zumba- Each Zumba ® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. How It Works. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

Zumba Gold- Taking the Zumba formula and modifying the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Spin- Indoor cycling, as an organized activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery.

Stretch & Relax- This class is a great way to to improve muscle strength, balance and range of movement while reducing stress and relaxing your body.

Circuit- Circuit training allows you to fit a huge variety of movements into your workout. Enjoy a full body challenge, and none of the boredom that comes with repetitive exercises. This 30 minute class is perfect if you are just starting your fitness journey and want ‘Movement Improvement”

XT- XT is our most intense 30 minute workout. We will take you through a functional training experience

like no other.
