PrefaceWe take this opportunity to present selected pieces from

the intellectually stimulating and scholarly works of Imam Khomeini

(r), the father of the Islamic Revolution in Iran. His thoughts and

teachings, passed on to the new generation by responsible Ulama of

Islam, have ignited recent Arab uprisings.

This presentation includes the main objectives, the factorsresponsible & the exportation of Islamic revolution. It also includes

a note on his exemplary life. Selections from a few pearls of his

ideological & philosophical ocean, like Imam Khomeyni (r) & Islamic

Revolution, on exportation of Islam and religion & politics.

It is hoped that the readers will understand, Is revolution of

Iran is limited to Iran or for the whole Muslims. And also you will be

justified whether the revolution was Irans or Islamic. The aim is to

clear the mis-conception on the above topic & to remind the historic

revolution of Islam which lead by Imam Husayn (a.s). Inshallah, the

late Imam who enlightened the 21st century world with the revival

of Islamic thought. A most ardent follower of Ahlul Bayt (as), Imam

Khomeini (r) will continue to inspire generations after him.
