We are not proposing to launch a finite, linear entertainment space, but instead an entirely new

medium to bring people together.

From how the space is launched to the way camaraderie generating activities are structured, the

Yippie yard + della food lab will be about providing space and nourishment for the doers, the creators,

and those focused on living life to the fullest.

Miami is in the throes of a cultural reformation and is establishing a reputation as a growing hub for start-up

businesses and innovation. The city’s infrastructure is rapidly changing to accommodate this shift with the introduction of organizations like WeWork, NeueHouse, and Rokk3r Labs.

One of the main attractions of Miami is the healthy lifestyle it offers, yet there is still a significant void in the fields of

alternative entertainment and accessible health food.

To ensure Miami’s sustainable cultural development, creative dining and entertainment options need to keep pace with market trends and Miami’s promising start-up ecosystem.

Tactivate and della bowls aim to launch a pop-up venture in Wynwood focused on providing a holistic,

healthy, and activity-centric entertainment and dining option.

We are combining forces to create a shabby-chic yard game and healthy dining environment in

Wynwood where physical entertainment, nutritious food, and training are meshed into one seamless and

highly differentiated experience.

This hybridized experience combines offerings that consumers are unaccustomed to

experiencing together.
