Two HVPS (+30kV/-30 kV) to guarantee high efficiency avoiding nanoparticle “fly out” & avoiding surface dirty.

The applied voltages are fully controlled from two knobs at the front panel providing full control of the process.

The Taylor cone is at the heart of EHD atomization: Steady Compound Taylor Cone is required if reproducibility and high quality fibered/spherical nanocapsules are devoted to be designed.

SAFETYThe unit has been designed to work in a laboratory and research environment, showing excellent flexibility, ease of use and minimum setup time and maintenance.

The unit is equipped with security measures, ensuring a safe operation for the user:

- Safe/Normal Mode (turning off HV and motion parts when doors are opened/operation goes on when doors are opened being warned by flashing red beacon).- Emergency stop buttons and a smoke detector will automatically shut down the equipment in case of alert. - Fire, Spark and Smoke Detectors - Integrated Extractor Hood: fume hood exhaust fan allowing efficient ventilation of the cabinet.- Solvent Resistant Enclosure and Working Area: Alu-minum frame, SS enclosure and glass (transparent door at the front allowing the visualization of the process).

Located on the front panel, allows con-trolling every feature included into the equipment: voltage, current, illumina-tion, fan extractor, motion, humidity, temperature, and other parameters,...

Includes safe mode (students/experts) and sleep mode (timer off).

Syringe Pumps-based liquid infusion systems driven by stepper motors enabling precise flow rate control over a wide operation range; in fact steady flow is required to obtain high quality nanoparticles.

Syringes can be used as polymer reservoirs, allowing optimal flexibility and high uptime.

Two years from device delivery. Yflow commits to reply in the 48 working hours following the re-ception of notice (by email, fax or phone) of requirement for repair or technical assistance from the user.

INSTALLATION & TRAINING COURSE

Yflow® Professional Lab Device is easily installable (Plug & Play Device). The one imput is electricity and ventilation output. It is supplied with a very complete manual that can be looked up by the user in case of need.

The customer may request training courses about Coaxial Electrospray & Electrospinning Tech.

COAXIAL ELECTROSPRAY & ELECTROSPINNING TECH.A Coaxial Nozzle Spinneret and a 400x500 mm2 SS Flat Plate (both e-protected by PTFE isolators) are included to perform Coaxial Electrospray & Electrospinning for microencapsulation app´s.

Different spinneret OD/ID (mm/mm) configurations are available:

- COAXIAL I: 0,9/0,6 & 1,7/1,4 (AISI 304) - COAXIAL II: 0,9/0,6 & 1,7/1,4 (AISI 316)- COAXIAL III: 0,7/0,4 & 1,4/1,1 (AISI 304)- COAXIAL IV: 1,7/1,4 & 2,8/2,2 (AISI 304)
