Be a better you each day….your tomorrow always

has to be your bestOwn it. You have to do what works for you. You will always be in a leadership role in the classroom and you need to be comfortable with whatever style you are using.

Give the students a say, a purpose and always keep them busy…kids should always be busy, they have endless energy when curious or challenged!

Focus on the positive and collaborate on the negative…use your classroom community to problem solve. Never be afraid to take the time to involve the whole class in the process of bettering the learning environment.

Have patience and pride
