When it comes to online reviews, Yelp is one you should not ignore. Millions of folks use Yelp for their small business and Real Estate is included in the marketing mix. That number should increase well into the New Year.
The reason you need a full-fledged profile on YELP for Bloom is to appear on page 1 of any google search. If I wanted to google “Genevie Frederick Bloom Realty”, that should be on the first things I or anyone else should see. If you are highly-reviewed, this will and should only increase. In addition, a complete profile will move you to the higher authority to your google places page (I can get into the SEO aspect at a later). These coincide with one another. These should have the same amount of info for maximum SEO advantage. To reiterate “street” and “st” would be measured as distinctions. You want them to have about the same exact info as having a complete Yelp profile would boost your “Google rankings”.
Listing syndication and addresses
Subsequently, you in actuality should to make certain your information and reviews look great on Yelp for the reason that other networks pull information from here.
There are over 150 addresses, phone number, and other databases for local
businesses out there. Although the majority of your clients and potential
clients will discover you through Google, you want to make sure everyone is
reading the accurate and most up-to-date information about you on the net.
Yelp syndicates their information to these hundreds of other websites. So,
you want to make positive it’s the accurate contact information they are
putting out there!
When it comes to receiving reviews and testimonials, it’s simply a statistics
competition. Not to sound elementary but y ou need to make it a part of
your business practice to follow up with all your clients and make sure they
are happy( as I am sure you do).
Once you do that, it’s time to ask for the testament. When it comes to Yelp,
Google Places, and even Trulia/Zillow, you want them to leave the review
directly on the website. You can’t manually add reviews; the only solution is
to get the end user to leave the review on the platform for you.
To help you out, I’ll write you scripts you can just paste into an email to your clients (kind of like how we did at the hotel)
SO LET’S WORK ON YELPING IT UP!
