APOLOC-SES -- -- are extended to a l l you good niembers @ % ; have doubtless been vmndering what happened to the Aug~~st 4th bulletin. This is finally it. It seemed t h a t August 4th was a l i t t l e to close to the mailing date of the July bulletin and Dick Cooper did not have many replies in at. that time so we thot it best to wait a while longer. Also, your publisher is very grateful to all of you for being so considerate of me during thdse surimier months ahen the bu1lei;j.n i s really a. chore, due to the 101% daylight hours a ~ d the rlultitude of things to be done during those hours. Expect to be on time from next issue to next sun;- mer. THE 1951 C OTJVEKT ION A phone call last nite from Dick Cooper(at midnite,no less) gave me' the news up to the moment. Expected attendance is lower than we hoper? but severel new faces will be seen and we hope more will decide to cove: after they read this. Dick says the Saturday nite Bull and. verie viewing session will take place at Itis place, 414 North ~ ~ e . ( n o maps needed, everyone 'in Kittanning knows where 014 North Ave. is). On Sunday, our annual banquet sill be held. The place is not yet picke2, but from inquiries Dlck has made, a good chicken dinner can be had f c ~ $2.00 a t sevex3al places and it a l l depends on the size of the crowd where it will be held. Dick says that so far only one person has s e ~ t in money for the meal, well, we haven't said anything about money up t o now. Soo, if you are planning on taking in both affairs, the Sas nite affair at Dicks and the Sunday banguet, send Dick $3.00 now, if you can make only the banquet, send $2.50, Send it now. Dick also states that if you come by train, take the Ritchey Transportation Coo bus from ,Dittsburgh to Kittanning.
