PREDICTED GRADES

•UCAS Predicted grades are based on performance in year 12, which includes internal assessments, non-examined assessments, bookwork, classwork, homework, attitude to learning, practical performance and may include performance in the forthcoming IE2 •UCAS predicted grades are made on what the student is likely to achieve if they sit their exam next summer

•If students make a request to subject teachers to increase their predicted grades, an opportunity will be given to demonstrate a higher level of performance in the upcoming IE2 exam. Thereafter, if the IE2 performance meets the required level of performance, then the subject teacher may change the predicted grade. • If the student is an Early Applicant they must keep Mrs Sellars notified as these students are working to an internal deadline of the 25 September for the actual UCAS deadline of the 15 October
