PARTNER TRAINING PROGRAM ON PRODUCT SKILLS & APPLICATIONS

Training on YASKAWA Products & ASC Policies was conducted for YASKAWA Partners of

SERVICE team at YASKAWA Office, Bangalore. Total 40 people are attended for the training

from 5th May to 6th May 2016. All Participants are from Partners of YASKAWA from various

locations of India.

Main Theme of the Training:-

Understanding the ASC ( Authorized Service Centers) Concept & Policies How to repair and procedures Basics on Drives and Applications How to Sizing and Selection – Cranes , Winders ,Elevators & Solar Pump Develop YAKAWA Product Knowledge along with practical examples Hands ON Drives with Exercises Evaluation of the product learned by Technical Exam

Training started with Practical Session on Customer Service and Expectations by Mr.

Shailendra Salvi along with suggestions on practical approach to the customer. Detail

explanation on ASC concept and Network given by Mr. Bhavani Shankar. How to repair,

policies and procedures given by Miyazono san and team.

Mr Pradeep Kumar provided the detailed training on the Design, Sizing, and Selection &

Commissioning of Drives for Crane, Winder, Elevator & Solar pump drive.
