Worked as a First Level Reviewer on Contract Management Projects.

Contract Management Projects required skill sets to review agreements and to extract and explain the

relevant clauses according to the requirements of the Client. It also involved writing briefs on

agreements and advising the Client on the same. During these Projects contract drafting tips were

imparted.

Worked as a First Level Reviewer on Trademark Research Projects.

This Project required us to conduct searches for product trademarks that were to be launched in the

near future in various countries. Depending on the search results, the Client would launch the product

with a certain trademark that would define the product or service.

Worked as a Risk Analyst on Due Diligence Project.

Due Diligence involved conducting a comprehensive research on various entities using different tools

and drafting a complete risk report on the entity. The entities were categorised according to the risk

attached to them depending on various criteria. During these projects, we were trained to use research

tools such as Lexis-Nexis, Dow Jones Factiva and Enforcement Databases.

The Projects involved screening documents relevant to the case in hand and segregating them as

responsive or classifying the documents under Client-Attorney Privilege.
