• Property Management – While servicing your entire property,
we take care of auditing the same on a week to week basis based on our check points. We create the daily reports on different verticals such as housekeeping, gardening, security services, water management, MSEB Meter readings, DG Diesel level check up etc.

• Physical Security Service – We care for your valuable property
and hence, we keep ourselves on the toes with skilled manpower to guard your property 24x7.
GO GREEN
• Gardening and Landscaping – We go green all across your
property to keep it as the most relaxing landmark for each one of the members residing and to make them feel the comfort. A Gardner shall create and maintain the landscaping and garden.
SOFT SERVICES
• Housekeeping Services – We serve with the systematic methods in maintaining the entire property with our team & under guidance of trained Supervisor.
SOFT SERVICES
• Electrical operations –Our company officer present in
the premises for daily routine work, updates the record of the same daily and a cumulative report is submitted on a monthly basis. Electrician specially deputed shall be at the service.
HARD SERVICES
• Plumbing Services – We daily audit the essential pockets /
locations from where, the chances of water leakages are many and in parallel, we take care of checking the ducts, chambers, pipelines of a drinking water flow as well as of a flow for other usages. A team member as plumber specially deputed shall be at the service.
SOFT SERVICES
• Pest Control - One of the most important tasks to be performed. A special trained team deputed shall complete the assignment once in three months i.e. 4 times a year.
WATER MANAGEMENT
Water Tank Cleaning – A most important task we perform with professionalized team members on a quarterly basis i.e. 3 times a year.
INFRA AUDIT
• Drainage Cleaning – This is one of the tasks which we conduct on a regular basis once in three months to avoid the further problems. Hence, it becomes most essential for us to remove the unwanted factors disturbing the infrastructure.
OWNERSHIP
• Asset Register – We create the asset register of your premises and maintain. This Asset register shall provide all the information of available assets of society/apartment/office. The same is made in first three months for the submission.
SAVE WATER
• Swimming Pool & Water Body Maintenance –We maintain the water bodies and pools with specialized team members. Water is the life today and we care for the same.
