Handlebar riser, 20 mm, Yamaha FJR 1300 (2006 ->)

Used on sporty trips, even quite extensive ones, the seating position on the FJR should be appropriate. The handlebar‘s strong bend towards the inside has always irritated us. The remedy: our handlebar riser. Our handlebar riser is the solution. Not only does it raise the handlebar, but the ends are also slightly turned outwards. This results in a far more relaxed seating position that is kinder to the wrists and shoulders.Street legal!

Adjustable lever FJR 1300

The perfect lever length, an ergonomic shape and pleasantly rounded lines help you to apply just the right amount of braking and clutching force. The lever allows for selection from any of 6 positions to perfectly adjust it for any hand size. The support for the adjustment ellipse is carried in ball bearings. The adjustment lever has a protruding knob that fits particularly well in the hand, thus facilitating adjustment even while riding. The lever mechanism is carried on highly durable brass bushes. A generous recess at the end of the lever serves as a predetermined breaking point, and ensures that the lever can still be used even after a fall. The lever is a development by the specialists LSL, where it is anodised in titanium for us. Street legal!

This significantly reduces the strain on the right hand during long journeys. Thanks to the continuous adjustment, the accelerator can also be fixed to decelerate very gently - leaving you enough time to take your hand off the handlebar for a moment without immediately losing throttle. Despite that, the motorbike decelerates in a gentle and controlled way.This item is illegal in road traffic in Germany and could be dangerous if used incorrectly. Seeing and being seen, as well as honing your driving skills and driving defensively, gives you an additional safety advantage. The xenon auxiliary headlight and auxiliary fog light together offer both. In unclear weather such as fog and/or rain, the fog light in conjunction with the dipped headlight provides much better and more even illumination of the road directly in front of the bike. Furthermore, the lighting column to the front becomes more dominant, meaning that the bike is seen more quickly and more clearly by other road-users. Carries the E-test-mark.

More comfort simply isn‘t possible! We have collaborated with KAHEDO to develop a completely new kind of seat for the FJR. The basic construction of the seat is the same as the original; the highlight is the cover fabric. We have used an elastic breathable material that, combined with a patented base construction, makes sure the seat is breathable. This leads to more relaxed seating comfort, since the seat is prevented from heating up even on long journeys. The rider‘s seat is cooler, and therefore much more comfortable. Once you‘ve experienced this feeling, you won‘t want to go back. The seat is available on exchange - once we have received your original seat back from you, you will be reimbursed your deposit.

Fairing crash bungs, Yamaha FJR 1300

The risk of dropping your bike is ever present, and on fully faired bikes such as the FJR 1300, it can be really expensive. Our fairing crash bungs have been developed by LSL, and offer safe protection if you drop your bike or have a fall. The combination of decorative outer shell and replaceable plastic interior is new. The outer shell is a finely turned aluminium „mushroom“ with a decoratively coloured coating. The rounded contour adapts to edges on the road surface (manhole covers, potholes etc.) like a runner, and thereby prevents snagging. The plastic inner part cushions the impact in the event of a fall, and reduces the speed of the vehicle. After minor slides, only the plastic bung needs to be changed. When sliding at higher speed, the off-centre contact surface of the pad guides the sliding bike, thereby preventing it from rotating and reducing the risk of overturning.Set613-0300 from 2006

Our lockable oil cap puts an end to the worries of having the oil cap stolen or „foreign“ substances poured into the oil system. This elegant technical solution is a tiny highlight, and is easily secured using the key supplied to protect it against tampering. Our oil cap is something of a work of art, and is secured with a brand name lock.

Like all on-road motorbikes, the FJR tends to spray a large, and above all high, column of water behind it. Usually, some of this water splashes on the backs of the rider and pillion, as well as the rear of the bike. This is unpleasant and annoying. Our elegant splash guard, which is easy to fit between the numberplate and its holding bracket, deflects the water and keeps most of it off the rider and the bike.A small, unobtrusive item that makes a big differ-ence!

There‘s more to our Touring tank bag than just good looks! Designed to match the Yamaha FJR 1300 perfectly, it guarantees full steering lock without the embarrassment of accidentally using the horn when manoeuvering. The attachment kit provides instant access to the tank lid when necessary. There are three mesh pockets on the outside for small items. Right by the zip on the inside is a coin pocket, specially designed to hold small change and toll tickets for easy access at toll stations without having to open the whole bag.

The mobile phone compartment integrated inside the map pocket holds your mobile enabling you to stay in touch with the outside world while travelling. The integrated power cord extension is protected against water, so your mobile can also be operated by mains power. The volume can be increased from 22 to approx. 27 litres.
