Testing

• We have signed annual service agreement with Nantong Textile Testing Institute, who takes responsibilities for the testing all of our products on fabric yarn count, thread count, tensile strenghth, dimensional stability to washing, PH value, yarn quality level, down content, flavor index, transparency index etc, so as to ensure all the performance could meet both International/National Standard and Contract terms.

Quality Control Meeting

• A regular production meeting is held every morning by the vice president, who takes responsibilities of production, with production manager, purchasing manager, QC manager and logistics manager etc to guarantee all the orders are running properly.

Fabric Inspection

• Our full inspections of all fabrics are done by fabric QC team, who would inform relevant departments within shortest period if found non-compliant material after inspection. If it was defective material but within internal QC standard, inspectors would mark it to remind cutting department to do specail treatment while cutting, QC team would have to do related records before presenting statistics to relevant department.

Production

• Process standards with information of process details of each products and deviation range are issued for production director of each group to strictly follow. QC department is responsible for the overall quality inspection, directly responsible to the vice president.

R&D• We are cooperating with many textile research institutes

and professional textile colleges to develop new fabric. Such as tencel and cotton blended fabric is developed together with Shanghai Textile Science Research Institute and permanent quick drying and absorbing fabric with TORAY.

• Every year Internal R&D dept designs about 20 series new products and each item has its own patent.
