For too long ihe Olurch and body of Christhave been on the defensive. We have LETsatan take the Bible and prayer out of our schools. We have LETsatan killunborn children. We have LET satan steal, kill, and destroy our youth with drugs, our homes with divorce and ourmorals with pornography and free sex.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Finally a band of GIDEONS is arising out of the body of Christ who will dare tochallenge this evil world system on its own ground! The recent issues that have been raised and debated on the KINGOOM OFGOD have been settled for me bythe Word ofGod. Look with me for a moment into the Word...

First of all, there is ONE KINGDOM but it is manifest in TWO PHASES - the SPIRl1UAL PHASE and thePOLITICAL PHASE. When Jesus came the FIRST TIME He told Pilate:

-mE KINGDOM OF GOD IS COME NEAR UNTO YOU. H Luke 10:9So let's sum it up... The dispensation of LAWended with John the Baptist. The SPIRITUAL KINGDOM

began With Jesus and for nearly 2,000 years we have been preaching, pressing into, and building a SPIRITUALKINGDOM that "COMES NOT WITH OBSERVATION" - "THAT IS NOT OF THIS WORLD'" and THAT IS WITHINUS.

Here is where the battle rages ... It is because of this BUIWING OF THE KINGDOM that satan hurls aU HELL atus! You see he (satan) knows something that many saints still do not understand. Satan knows that w1}en thebuilding of God's Spiritual Kingdom on earth is complete - AND HERE IS 1HE REALLY EXCITING PA~T - JesusChrist will come THE SECOND TIME to personally set up phase two - THE POLITICAL KINGDOM! Spirituni Q ••dPolitical will then be joined and Jesus will be President of the United States of the World! Actually He will be King ofkings and Lord of lords:

But in the meantime, Beloved Partners, we must gird ourselves for more battle. I wish I could say that we willadvance from Victory unto Victory - and, of course, in the final analysis we do WIN. But scripture makes it clear ­some battles can be lost. For 70 years the Russians lost their religious freedom. For over 40 years the Chinese werepersecuted and killed for the cause of Christ. We let Prayer and Bible reading be removed from our Schools in 1963 andlook what has happened to our youth! And if we do not heed the danger signs all around us, WE, TOO, could bedeprived of our God-given freedoms just as the Russians and Chinese were!

In fact, the Prophet Daniel speaks of the end times when:"I BEHEW AND THE SAME HORN (ANTICHRIST) MADE WAR WITH THE SAINTS, ANDPREVAILED AGAINST THEM." Daniel 7:21

Regardless of your eschatology, there is coming a time when the forces of evil are going to prevail againstthe Saints of the Most High. I hope the Pre-Tribulation Rapture folks are right and this is talking about the "Tribula­tion Saints." But I for one am not counting on that! I say let's get ready for a final KNOCK-DOWN, DRAG-OUT withthe devil! 200 TV stations is NOT ENOUGH -let's go for 1,000! One Satellite is NOT ENOUGH -let's have 3 so wecan cover the WHOLE WIDE WORLD! TV stations in a handful of countries is NOT'ENOUGH - let's HaveCHRISTIAN TV in EVERY NATION ON EARm!

It has come to my attention that in consultation with Hike Kirk at £tV thatapparently 1. as well as some others may have gotten hold of some mislabelled Glycol. Thestuff that I had gotten a hoJd of came In green 55 gallon drum and was labeled DowthermSR·l alright. but I wes told that the r~J 5tuff come:; in red and white drums. I hadobtained it from Van Waters and Rogers, the onlB supplier in town. In my conversationY~5terday with Mike, he seemed tD think that the stuff has a finite !helf Iffe, particular19when exposed to oir. App~rentJy long term exposure to air breaks down the speclelinhibitors. He also thought that the stuff I got a hold of was decanted from largercontainen or Yab into 55 gallon drums. I spent all of my lest tnaintenance shift pullingout my visu&l tube, disusembling the water jacket, and clei$ntng out. maybe 2 cups ofpink goo. Thi$ cured my DCClIsional visual overtemperature tripping problem that I hlldbeen dt.&Jing with for the past couple of months. SPECIAL MEETING

A special meeting of National Minority T.V., Inc. was held onApril 19, 1990. Those present were Jane Duff and David Espinza.

The Board reviewed the action of the directors at the January1990 Board of Directors meeting. The action was approved.

Those present discussed the sale of the Odessa station and thestatus of negotiations for the purchase of a station in Hammond,Indiana. The board passed a resolution authorizing the officersof the corporation to investigate a possible purchase for$9,000,000 and to report back to the Board of Directors for furtheraction.

The Board reviewed the results of the recent telethon andapproved same.

The meeting then adjourned.

A little over five years ago, President Napoleon Duarte shook my hand and. said,"Paul, 1 will do all in my powerto grant permissionfor you to build your ChristiJzn TV Station in EI Sillvador. H

True to his word in a few months a pennit for FULL POWER Olannel25 was GRANTED, but then - WHAM!All hell broke loose in EI Salvador. The civil war spawned by the communist F.M.LN. and financed by Russia, Cubaand Nicaragua moved into high gear. On two subsequent meetings with President Duarte he asked me to help get theTRUTH about this hellish Marxist-Lenninist attack on his country to the people of America.

I can never forget one trip to the war zone on a fact-finding mission arranged by the President. Riding in anopen helicopter gun ship we were startled out of our wits as the side gunneropened machine-gun fire at a target on theground! A military outpost below was riddled with devastating accuracy. Seeing our alanri the young officer smiledand shouted over the deafening roar of the engine, N A COMMUNIST FMLN. HANGOUT - WE UKE TO LET THEA1.KNOW WE ARE STILL AROUND!"

Abook could be writ~non the terrorist attacks, battles, assassinations, and general civil disorder that has delayedthe construction of YOUR new station in El Salvador, but in spite of all satan has done to destroy this CentralAmerican country, we have continued to build. Delays were caused by lack of building materials. Lack of manpowerbecause of the war also slowed us down. More recently we have had trouble finding electronic engineers here inAmerica, willing to journey down to El Salvador for the final assembly of the station.. ('Who c:;an b~me them?l •..•__ ,.
