Welcome to the 26th season of the Chamber Music Festival of Saugatuck!

It has been a most active year behind the scenes of the festival.

We are pleased to announce the addition of two new board members to our hard-workingteam. Patrick Coyle is a very busy man about town as founder of Saugatuck CommunityMusic School and frequent music director of productions from Saugatuck to Kalamazoo toGrand Rapids. For CMFS, he holds the board position of Website Director and is also a criticalmember of our Benefit Committee. Those of you who attended our June 2nd Musical Feastbenefit at the home of Patrick and his partner, Gregory Frey, know how completely he hasdedicated himself to the success of CMFS.

Many of you are very familiar with Paul Austin from his frequent appearances on the CMFSstage as well as that of the Grand Rapids Symphony. As you know, Paul is passionate aboutspreading his love of classical music and has already served as the ‘face’ of CMFS in many ofthe in-school education programs we have sponsored in recent years. Now, as a member ofour board, he is working to expand our education efforts in interesting new directions. Oneof his first initiatives will be an informative and entertaining pre-concert dinner and discussionwith musicians and concert patrons. You will hear more about this in the coming weeks.

We will again host three free Young Listener concerts this summer featuring the Tesla Quartet,Claire Aebersold and Ralph Neiweem, and Paul Austin, Wendy Rose and Brad Wong. Theseevents are entertaining and engaging opportunities for young people to be introduced to classi-cal music. We’ll be inviting groups of migrant workers’ children to attend the concerts andwelcome all who are interested to join us.

CMFS is proud to have been awarded grants this year from National Endowment for the Arts,Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs and West Shore Aware. This recognition, plusthe financial support from area businesses and so many of you in our audience, is absolutelyvital to the continued success of the festival and we extend enormous thanks for it.

Perhaps busiest of all, our Artistic Directors Drew Le and Jenny Walvoord have been hard atwork since last season creating a concert program for this summer that will inspire us with itsbreadth, depth and artistry. Somehow, in the midst of all the work that entails– plus their‘real’ jobs – Drew and Jenny also found the time in April to welcome Matthew’s new little sis-ter, Kate, into their family!

Repeatedly we hear from the artists who perform on our stage that they love coming toSaugatuck and performing in our festival. They are impressed by the knowledge, warmth andenthusiasm of our audience and often comment that what we have here at CMFS is ‘some-thing special’. Indeed it is. We are delighted you are here to share in it.

Claire Aebersold, pianoRalph Neiweem, piano

Celebrating nearly thirty years of concertizing, Aebersold andNeiweem have been heard in recital in many cities internation-ally, including New York, Detroit, Washington, D.C., Santa Fe,Vienna, Rome and Florence, and Odessa, Ukraine. The duo’sorchestral appearances include the Chicago Philharmonic andthe Vienna Tonkünstler. Aebersold and Neiweem have beenheard on RAI-TV Italy, PBS, and are frequent performers on WFMT Radio inChicago. They are founders and directors of the award winning Chicago Duo PianoFestival, and have commissioned significant new works for the piano duo. Theduo’s recordings are available on the Summit label. Their editions of four handmusic have been published by Dover, International. Claire Aebersold and RalphNeiweem met in Italy in 1970 as young solo performers. They were married in1973 and have devoted themselves to the exclusive study of the duo repertoiresince 1981. They are currently artists in residence at the Music Institute of Chicago.

Paul Austin, horn

Praised by the Holzminden Zeitung for his "absolutely stunningway of playing the horn," and The Grand Rapids Press for being"tender on the warm French Horn," Paul Austin enjoys a multi-faceted career as orchestral player, soloist, chamber musician,and pedagogue. Recent appearances include a recital at the2012 International Double Reed Society's annual conferencewith bassoonist Wendy Rose, a concerto with the HollandSymphony Orchestra in 2010, and performances in the USAand Europe with organist Gregory Crowell.

In 1995, Paul Austin was named Gilmore Emerging Artist by the Kalamazoo ArtsCouncil, which allowed him to study in London. He joined the Grand RapidsSymphony horn section in 1999 and was a featured soloist in the 2012-13 seasonon their Sacred Dimensions concert series.

This is Paul’s 13th season with the Chamber Music Festival of Saugatuck. PaulAustin has been held to critical acclaim on three recordings which have beenreleased by OgreOgress Productions, featuring music by John Cage, MortonFeldman, and Robert Shechtman.

As a teacher, Dr. Austin has served as horn faculty at colleges in Michigan,Louisiana, and Ohio. He holds degrees from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and Tennessee Tech University. Paul actively promotes historical instruments and is the author of "A Modern Valve Horn Player's Guide to the Natural Horn."

Haijin Choi, violin

Haijin Choi is a section violinist of Grand Rapids Symphony,Michigan and an enthusiastic violin teacher. Originally fromSouth Korea, she moved to the United States in 2000 to contin-ue her post graduate program at Northwestern University afterfinishing her BM and MM from Seoul National University.Inspired by her teacher and mentor Blair Milton (a member ofChicago Symphony, music director of National High SchoolInstitute School of Music at Northwestern University and music director of WinterChamber Music Festival, Evanston, IL), she continued her interest in orchestralexperience by participating in National Repertoire Orchestra and Civic Orchestra ofChicago. After playing with Charleston Symphony, SC for one season, she has beena member of Grand Rapids Symphony since 2003 and enjoys performing inrecitals. She is excited for her third appearance with the Chamber Music Festival inSaugatuck this summer.

Joan Conway, piano

Joan Conway, Artistic Director Emerita of the Chamber MusicFestival of Saugatuck, is also founder/director of the HerrickDistrict Library Concert Series and the Free @ 3 Concert Series.A retired Professor of Music at Hope College where she taughtpiano and coordinated and performed on the Faculty RecitalSeries, she is an active chamber musician, soloist and collabora-tive pianist and has appeared with most of the area's outstandingartists. Joan is also widely known as a two-piano and piano four-hands performer.Past summers included frequent concerts at Fontana and Bay View Music Festivals.She served on the Artistic Committee of the Holland Symphony Board and is Past-President of the Michigan Music Teachers' Association, receiving their Teacher ofthe year and Distinguished Service awards. Joan now teaches piano privately. Herstudents have won or placed in concerto competitions of the Holland, GrandRapids, and the Kalamazoo Junior Symphonies, and in Michigan Music Teachers'and Music Teachers' National Association contests. A graduate of the ManhattanSchool of Music, Conway spent 13 years performing and teaching in New York Citybefore coming to Michigan.

Performer Biographies

Barbara Corbató, viola

Barbara Corbató is currently the Assistant Principal Viola of theGrand Rapids Symphony, where she has performed since 1990.In addition, she is an active chamber musician, performing withthe Perugino String Quartet since 2007, and the GRS’ educationalensemble, the Calder Quartet. Barbara is also active as a teacher-serving on the faculty at Hope College, where she teaches viola,while also maintaining a home viola studio. She has also servedon the viola faculty at Calvin College and at their annual String Summit.

Before settling in Grand Rapids, Barbara performed in the New World Symphony,Spoleto Festival of South Carolina and Italy, and the orchestras of Columbus, Flint, and Saginaw. She has also participated in music festivals in Santa Barbara, Aspen,Keystone, (Colorado), and most recently, Chamber Music Festival of Saugatuck. Shehas received Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from the University of Michigan,where her principal teachers included Donald McInnes and Yizhak Schotten.

An avid dog lover, Barbara spends her free time with her husband and their two dogs.

Alicia Eppinga, cello

Alicia Eppinga has been a member of the Grand RapidsSymphony since 1989, was appointed Assistant Principal Cello in1990, and Principal Cello in 2011. Ms. Eppinga was raised inGrand Haven, MI and attended the Interlochen Arts Academyfrom 1980 - 1983. She received her Bachelor of MusicPerformance at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music as a student ofRichard Kapuscinski and her Master of Music at the EastmanSchool of Music with Steven Doane.

Since arriving in Grand Rapids, Ms. Eppinga has been a frequent performer in soloand chamber music concerts. Her quintet, Supernova, performs educational programsin the Grand Rapids area schools. She is also a member of Ensemble Montage, agroup of musicians dedicated to bringing unique and contemporary chamber music toWest Michigan. She is a founding member of Castalia, a piano quartet that focuses onperforming music by women composers. Ms. Eppinga has appeared as a soloist withthe Kent Philharmonia, Calvin Alumni Orchestra and, most recently, on the ClassicalSeries with the Grand Rapids Symphony.

Andrew Le, piano

Steinway Artist and First-place winner of the 2004 Hilton HeadInternational Piano Competition, Dr. Andrew Le (Drew) is Headof Keyboard Studies and Associate Professor of Piano at HopeCollege in Holland, Michigan. Described as "an impressive tour-de-force" by critic Harris Goldsmith of The New York ConcertReview, Drew is known for his exciting, engaging, and artisticallysensitive performances both nationally and abroad. He is also apublished photographer and violinist in the Holland Symphony Orchestra.

Drew holds a Doctor of Music Arts degree from the Juilliard School, where he studied with Jerome Lowenthal. He is also a graduate of the University of Michiganand the Interlochen Arts Academy. Drew was a prizewinner in the 1997 GinaBachauer Young Artists International Piano Competition and the 1993 MTNA-Baldwin Competition.

Drew performs frequently with his wife, violinist Jennifer Walvoord. Together, theyare the Artistic Directors of the Chamber Music Festival of Saugatuck. Drew is alsothe founder and director of the Brown Bag Series at the Holland Area Arts Council.

Adam Leibert, violin

As a member of the Grand Rapids Symphony, Adam Liebert hasperformed in the violin section since 2002. This season he wasalso named Assistant Principal First Violin of the West MichiganSymphony and has served as concertmaster for the ArcatoChamber Ensemble, New Millennium Orchestra, and BroadwayTheater Guild. Adam enjoys teaching privately at the University ofChicago and collaborates occasionally in chamber ensembles suchas International Chamber Artists, Anaphora, and Dal Niente in theChicago area. After earning his Bachelor of Music from Western MichiganUniversity, he spent two years at the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik Karlsruhe,Germany. During this time, he had the great opportunity to perform as a memberof the Philharmonie der Nationen all over Europe, Japan, China, Russia, and theUkraine. He was also on hand for several CD productions by the HeidelbergerSymphoniker on the Hänsler Label. Adam has attended music festivals in Brazil,Ohio, Florida, Colorado, Maryland, and Northern Michigan. His teachers includeRenata Knific, Ulf Hoelscher, Paul Kantor, Shmuel Ashkenasi and Blair Milton.

Jonathan Holden, clarinet

Jonathan Holden is presently Assistant Professor of Clarinet at theUniversity of Southern Mississippi and the newly appointed clar-inet professor at Florida State University. He is PrincipalClarinetist of the West Michigan Symphony and a member ofchamber groups Category 5, the Argot Trio and the VireoEnsemble. He has performed with numerous American ensem-bles including the Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Mississippi, BatonRouge and Mobile symphony orchestras, the Louisiana Philharmonic and theSarasota Orchestra.

Holden made his concerto debut at the age of seventeen and has since given concerto performances at venues in Britain and the United States. He has madeguest appearances with ensembles such as the Degas, Ciompi and Voxare stringquartets and has performed as a soloist and chamber musician by invitation of theBritish Clarinet Congress, College Music Society, Festival South, FestivalContempoaneo (Brazil), Alfredo de Saint Malo Festival (Panama), Saugatuck MusicFestival, Chamber Music Wilmington and American Music Festival.

Holden studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in England with DameThea King, Andrew Webster and Joy Farrall, and at Michigan State University withDr. Elsa Verdehr. Jonathan Holden is a Rico Artist.

Kelly Karamanov, piano

Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, pianist Kelly EstesKaramanov lives in Grand Rapids and enjoys an active collabora-tive piano career. In 2011, Ms. Karamanov was appointedPrincipal Piano in the West Michigan Symphony. She frequentlyperforms in the Grand Rapids Symphony and with students andfaculty at Hope College, Grand Valley State University, andMichigan State University. She performed in Carnegie Hall withthe Holland Chorale in 2011. A dedicated teacher, Ms. Karamanov maintains a private studio for individual and group piano lessons, and is on faculty at theFaulkner Chamber Music Festival in Arkansas. She completed Bachelor and Masterof Music degrees at Ball State University where she studied with Dr. RaymondKilburn. She looks forward to her second appearance in the Chamber MusicFestival of Saugatuck this summer.


Robert “Gabe” Southard, flute

Robert “Gabe” Southard teaches at Hope College where heconducts the Wind Symphony and Anchor Band and leads theinstrumental division of the Music Education Department. Dr. Southard completed his Doctorate of Musical Arts inConducting at Michigan State University where he workedwith Professor John Whitwell. He received his Masters ofMusic at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he studied conducting with James Smith, and received a Bachelor’s degree in FlutePerformance from Ithaca College. Prior to his residence at MSU, Dr. Southardserved as Wind Symphony conductor and Flute Studio teacher at the University ofMichigan-Flint, where he taught Orchestration, Music Appreciation, and AdvancedConducting. Dr. Southard served as conductor of the Cincinnati Youth WindEnsemble. He has performed with the Madison Symphony Orchestra, the Lucca,Italy Opera Orchestra, and a number of community orchestras.

Sarah Southard, oboe

Sarah Hustad Southard joined the Hope College MusicDepartment faculty as instructor of oboe in the fall of 2007.She has also taught at Central Michigan University, theUniversity of Michigan-Flint and Northern Kentucky University.Sarah keeps an active studio of oboists and has enjoyed work-ing with youth programs like the Interlochen Center for theArts All-State Orchestra. Sarah plays regularly with theMidland and Holland Symphony Orchestras, and has performed with the Lansing Symphony, the New World Symphony Orchestra inMiami, the Cincinnati Symphony Opera Orchestra, and the Madison Symphonyand Chamber Orchestras. Sarah has soloed in the U.S. and internationally. She iscompleting her Doctorate of Musical Arts degree from Michigan State Universitywith oboist Jan Eberle and received her undergraduate degree from the Universityof Wisconsin-Madison and her Master’s Degree at the University of CincinnatiCollege-Conservatory of Music.


Helen Lukan, piano

A Chicago native, Helen Lukan is in great demand as freelancepianist throughout West Michigan. She is the principal pianistfor the Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra and a regularkeyboard substitute for the Grand Rapids Symphony. She isalso a frequent substitute with the Kalamazoo SymphonyOrchestra. Helen is the studio pianist for the Department ofDance at Western Michigan University (WMU) where sheearned a Master of Music degree in Piano Performance under the instruction ofPhyllis Rappeport and Dr. Robert Ricci.

Well respected as a collaborative pianist, Helen accompanies a diverse range ofsoloists from vocal performers to brass and wind instrumentalists, performing musicin every genre. Most recently, she was the featured soloist with the Western Windsperforming the original orchestration of Rhapsody in Blue. She performed withTubaCOR at Eastman Conservatory for the Women in Music 2012 Series, and thisspring she will accompany the Boston Brass in a performance at Norton Center forthe Norton Center for the Arts in Danville, Kentucky.

She continues to give concerts collaboratively all over southwest Michigan andChicagoland.

Wendy Rose, bassoon

Gwendolynn (Wendy) Rose has performed nationally and inter-nationally as a guest in major orchestras including the DetroitSymphony, the Toronto Symphony, the Vancouver Symphony,the Winnipeg Symphony, the Utah Chamber Orchestra and theGrand Rapids Symphony. A former member of The NationalBallet Orchestra of Canada and principal bassoonist with theWindsor Symphony Orchestra, she appeared frequently as asoloist with the orchestra and was heard on CBC Radio innational broadcasts. She has performed at Stratford Summer Music, the SpoletoFestival (Charleston, S.C. and Spoleto, Italy), the Banff Festival of the Arts, and wasselected to be a fellow at the Tanglewood Music Center. She is a member of RAD(Rose/Austin Duo) with hornist Paul Austin of the Grand Rapids Symphony, andLake Winds Octet. Rose is Associate Professor of Music at Western MichiganUniversity where she teaches bassoon, chamber music, and music theory and is amember of the Western Wind Quintet. Ms. Rose received degrees in bassoon performance from the University of Toronto (B.M) and the University of Michigan(M.M.,D.MA.) where her principal teachers were David Carroll, Hugh Cooper,Christopher Millard, and Richard Beene. She will be performing in the CMFSYoung Concerts this summer.

Tesla Quartet

Winner of the Gold Medal at the 2012 FischoffNational Chamber Music Competition and ThirdPrize in the 2012 London International StringQuartet Competition, the Tesla Quartet wasformed at The Juilliard School in 2008 and quick-ly established itself as one of the most promisingyoung ensembles in New York, winning SecondPrize at the J.C. Arriaga Chamber Music Competition only a few months after itsinception. The London Evening Standard called their rendition of the DebussyQuartet “a subtly coloured performance that balanced confidently between intima-cy and extraversion,” and The Strad has praised them as “technically superb.” From2009 to 2012 the quartet—violinists Ross Snyder and Michelle Lie, violist MeganMason, and cellist Kimberly Patterson—held a fellowship as the Graduate StringQuartet-in-Residence at the University of Colorado-Boulder, where they studiedwith the world-renowned Takács Quartet.

The quartet has enjoyed a busy performing schedule, both in the States andabroad, with concerts throughout Colorado as well as appearances in London andAustria. Recent engagements include the Fischoff Gold Medal Winner’s Tour of theMidwest and performances as the Quartet-in-Residence at the Strings Music Festivalin Steamboat Springs, CO, and in Montreal and Michigan. Other engagements inthe 2012-13 season included concerts in Long Island, Salt Lake City, Tennessee,Tulsa, and the quartet’s French debut in Provence through the ProQuartet EuropeanChamber Music Center.

Jack Unzicker

Double bassist Jack Unzicker is an artist and educator fromJuneau, Alaska. Currently residing in Arlington, Texas, he is anAssistant Professor of Double Bass at the University of Texas atArlington, the principal bassist of the Dallas ChamberSymphony and Plano Symphony Orchestra, and performs regularly with the Dallas Symphony, Fort Worth SymphonyOrchestra, and Dallas Opera.

Unzicker received his Doctor of Musical Arts and Master of Music degrees from the University of North Texas and his Bachelor of Music degree from WesternWashington University. He performs on a double bass by Albert Jakstadt and a bow by Reid Hudson.

Leslie VanBecker, viola

Leslie Van Becker has been Principal Viola of the Grand RapidsSymphony since 1978. She earned a Bachelor of Music degreefrom the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and a Master ofMusic degree from the Yale University School of Music. As achamber musician, Ms. Van Becker has appeared with theDeVos and New World String Quartets, Trio Nouveau,Ghandarva Piano Quartet, Clifford Music Group, CastaliaQuartet, and on the Chamber Music Festival of Saugatuck. Shehas appeared as a soloist with the Grand Rapids Symphony on its Casual ClassicsSeries in 1987, 1989, 1995 and 2005 and was featured in Don Quixote in 1998and 2011. She participates each year as principal viola in the Cabrillo MusicFestival in Santa Cruz, California—whose mission is to perform orchestral andchamber music exclusively from the 20th century and beyond. As an educator, Ms.Van Becker serves on the faculties of Calvin College and Grand Rapids CommunityCollege and also maintains an active studio at her home. She and her husband EdClifford have two grown children, Matthew and Genevieve, who live in Brooklyn,New York. They now share their 100-year-old home in Heritage Hill with their catScraps.

Judith Vander Weg, cello

An active performer, Judith Vander Weg has appeared through-out the United States, Canada, Belgium, France, and Spain incollaborative recitals and as orchestral soloist. Currently principal cellist of the Flint Symphony Orchestra, Judith previously served as principal cellist with Mid-Texas Symphony,associate principal with the Toledo Symphony, and as a memberof the Grand Rapids Symphony. This summer will mark her fourteenth season with the Chamber Music Festival of Saugatuck. She has been onthe faculties of the University of Texas in San Antonio, Calvin College, and GrandValley State University. Judith maintains a busy private teaching studio in GrossePointe.


Martha Walvoord, violin

Martha Walvoord, Associate Professor of Violin at theUniversity of Texas at Arlington, is an active soloist, chambermusician, educator, and recitalist. Described by AmericanRecord Guide as “an enthusiastic and expressive player”,recent solo appearances have taken Walvoord to China, HongKong, Spain, England, Costa Rica, and across the US includingher performance of the Beethoven Violin Concerto with theQuingdao Symphony Orchestra. Walvoord’s Spain tours have taken her across the country. She has been invited to perform in Madrid’s historic Auditorio delCentro Cultural Conde Duque, Girona’s Casa de Cultura, and at the Universidadde Navarra in Pamplona. Walvoord is committed to the promotion of new music.She has commissioned, assisted, recorded, and premiered works by composersGeorge Chave, Michael Daugherty, David Lefkowitz, and Matthew Tommasini. In 2010, Centaur Records released Walvoord’s recording American Prospectives:Works for Violin by Matthew Tommasini.

Originally from Michigan, Walvoord was the Concertmaster of the West ShoreSymphony Orchestra in Muskegon, MI and held the position of Artist-in-Residence at Hope College in Holland, MI. As an educator, Walvoord was thesole recipient of the TexASTA 2010 Marjorie Keller Young Teacher of the Yearaward. She maintains a full and active private and university studio of award-and competition-winning students. During the summer, Walvoord has taught atfestivals in Hong Kong and across the United States. She earned her DMA andher MM from the University of Michigan and her BM from Rice University.Walvoord performs on a violin made by Francois Pique, Paris 1800.

Bradley Wong, clarinet

Bradley Wong is Professor of Clarinet and Coordinator ofGraduate Studies at Western Michigan University. He hasreceived awards in recognition of both his teaching and service to the university, including the College of Fine ArtsOutstanding Service Award. The Clarinet says this about hisplaying: “breathtaking…a fine, liquid tone quality”. As amember of the award-winning new music group Opus 21,he has performed at the Library of Congress, Chamber Music America’s National Conference in New York, and on Carnegie Hall’s Making Music Series.International performances include Belgium, Mexico, China, Spain, Italy, theCanary Islands and the Dominican Republic.

Bradley Wong is a Yamaha performing artist.

Jennifer Walvoord, violin

Jennifer Walvoord of Holland, Michigan graduated with herDoctor of Musical Arts degree at the University of Michigan inAnn Arbor, Michigan. She has Masters degrees in both violinperformance and chamber music from the University ofMichigan, and a Bachelor’s degree in violin performance fromHope College in Holland, Michigan. Her former teachersinclude Andrew Jennings, Mihai Craioveanu, and JoanConway.

In addition to her position as West Michigan Symphony concertmaster, Jennifer ismember of the Grand Rapids Symphony. She has performed as soloist with theWest Michigan Symphony and the Holland Symphony Orchestra. While at theUniversity of Michigan, Jennifer performed electric violin on the Grammy Award-winning recording of William Bolcom’s Songs of Innocence and Experience conducted by Leonard Slatkin.

Jennifer is an active Chamber Musician. She performs recitals regularly with herhusband pianist Dr. Andrew Le. Jennifer and Andrew were recently (2009)appointed to be Artistic Directors of the Chamber Music Festival of Saugatuck.Jennifer collaborated with her sister, Martha, on a recording called “AmericanPerspectives” which was recently released on the Centaur Records Label.

Katie Seifert

I graduated from Holland Christian High School in May 2010,and I have now finished my junior year at Calvin College. I ampursuing a major in speech pathology with minors in Spanishand linguistics. I am also actively involved in the music programat Calvin, where I play violin in the orchestra, participate inchamber music, and take private lessons under the instructionof Dr. David Reimer. My previous instructors have includedChristine Witte, Tammy Clark, and Jenny Walvoord.

I am thrilled to be able to return to CMFS this summer. I very much enjoyed theopportunity to meet so many great performers and faithful concert attendees last year.This year, I’m looking forward to seeing familiar faces, meeting new people, and listening to more fantastic music!

James Schippers

I will be starting my senior year at Hope College this fall,where I’m pursuing a degree in piano performance. I studypiano with Andrew Le at Hope, and I also play piano and violin in orchestra. In addition to this, I enjoy participating inchamber music ensembles and vocal accompanying. My firstpiano teacher was RuthAnn Dekoekkoek. I’m very excited tohave the opportunity to work at CMFS this summer. As a performer, I haven’t seen the bulk of the work that goes into making a performance happen, and I can’t wait to be a part of it at CMFS!

Our Mission The Chamber Music Festival of Saugatuck is dedicated to

perpetuating chamber music – keeping it vibrant and alive.

We present concerts in an atmosphere that encourages a sense of belonging and works to involve the audience as an active part of the experience.

We provide an opportunity for musicians to share their enthusiasm for their instruments andmusic as they present the challenge of the new and the comfort of the familiar.
