Torta de Barrio good evening everybody I want to explain to you why, when and how some people eat their houses first at all I will let you know what is Alzur-ich means secondly who are Colectivo Tranvia Cero and Colectivo Expresso and finally what is the link between them Alzur-ich is urban art festival you can find free art and everybody could be part of the projects. this festival is every year and always is in the poor areas of Quito ecuador. who is Colectivo Tranvia Cero? they are a group of artists from Ecuador, they have the Colectivo Tranvia Cero, one of them goals is give free art to the poor community. they think the “art” inside of museums is no enough also the poor people are not interested in art. they invite artists from around the word to make art there. they have some rules like, must be a new idea, must be outside of any museum or gallery and finally the community must participate in the art. Who is Collectivo Expresso? they are a group of artist from Bogota Colombia, they were one of the groups invited to make art in the festival in 2009 after some weeks of investigation in the Magdalena neighbourhood they found that this community has been living together for many years but nobody knows about people from next door. that is not normal because in latinoamerica the community used to be friendly and united

also understood that the real art is no !ust inside of a gallery or
