Plenary lectures, symposia, free communications, and poster sessions will be organized on the psychoneuroendocrinology of the stress response.
Selected areas of interest include: 1. Factors affecting the behavioral and neuroendocrine development of the stress response 2. Corticotropin releasing factor and other neurobiological systems mediating responses to stress 3. Interactions between behavior, stress hormones and immune function 4. Individual differences in stress responses and their relationship to psychopathology 5. Effects of CNS active compounds on adaptive and maladaptive responses to stress
