VoIP—One Provider For Multiple Benefits

Where You Save

It’s convenient to use an Internet-based phone system for your

business telephone needs. There are many advantages, but a few

stand out as most important in terms of cost.

1. By using a VoIP phone, you don’t have to invest in a private

branch exchange (PBX) system. This requires connecting multiple

phone lines to a traditional switchboard system that is serviced by

your local telephone company.

2. If you already have a Local Area Network (LAN) for your business

computers to connect to each other and to the Internet, you have

the technology in place for using VoIP software. Through Internet

telephony, users in your business make multiple phone calls across

the same LAN data connection via a digital packets based system.

3. Your business does not experience a loss of telephone system

operations when inclement weather affects local telephone lines.

You can get a satellite-based Internet connection and keep calls

going in and out of your business 24 hours a day, seven days a

week. Or you can automatically have your phone lines forwarded

to an alternate number or cell phone. You can also use the same

data connection to add more phone lines to your VoIP system,

ideal for businesses with fluctuating staff levels.

Before you select an Internet-based virtual phone system contact

XPERTECHS to compare the different providers of VoIP software.

Every provider offers different packages. If you look at how many

phone lines you need and how many services you will use, you can

choose the package that is right for you. Additionally, you can request

that a company customize your rates to your business needs.

SHINY NEW GADGET

OF THE MONTH

Microsoft recently announced the release of the SharePoint mobile app for iOS. Now you can take

your intranet with you. Stay connected to important content, sites, portals and people easily and

effectively while on-the-go.

The SharePoint mobile app works with SharePoint Online in Office 365. Once you download the app

on your iPhone, you will be prompted to login using your SharePoint credentials. Once you are logged

in, you can use the Sites tab to view a list of your most frequented sites. Simply click on a site to view

the most recent activity, files and site assets. The SharePoint mobile app also links to other Office

apps. So if you click on a recent Office document, you will be taken to the corresponding Office mobile

app.

The Links tab in the app takes you to a list of sites and portals

programmed for everyone in your company to see. This list can

be curated by your SharePoint admins using the SharePoint Home

in Office 365.

The People tab gives you insight to what the people you work with

are working on. You can find, browse and view contact cards for

your colleagues using this tab. And the robust Search tab allows

you to search for clean results across your entire intranet.

Mobile applications for Android and Windows Universal users are

expected to release before the end of the year.

WELCOME OUR NEWEST XPERCARE CLIENT

DIRSKA & LEVIN, LLC

FULTON, MD

XPERTECHS is pleased to announce the

law office of Dirska & Levin, LLC as its

newest XperCARE customer.

Dirska & Levin understands that their clients

want the right balance of thoroughness and

efficiency. For every claim they defend,

they tailor the approach not only to the

specific facts of the claim, but to the needs

of their client.

XPERTECHS will design and implement a

new Proactive IT support system using our

XperCARE Managed Service.

Your business success is driven by the

relationships with your customers.

Keeping track of your interactions with

all of the people in your business life can

be difficult unless you have the right tools.

A customer relationship management

(CRM) program can help you manage all

aspects of your relationships, from initial

contacts through repeated sales. A CRM

solution allows you to quickly and easily

find the right information about a client

when you need it.

Here are the top five reasons for using a

CRM solution, no matter what size your

business is.

1. Tracking Contacts - You're

preparing for a meeting with a reg-

ular client. Do you remember when

your last meeting was? Do you have

notes from that meeting? How about

that meeting two years ago? With a

CRM system, all of this information

is at your fingertips. Instantly pull

together information on all of your

past interactions with your client and

dazzle him with your "memory".

2. Developing Marketing Campaigns -

Your marketing approach certainly

depends on where in the sales cycle

each of your customers is located.

A CRM system can help you to

quickly categorize your customers

into the different stages of the sales

cycle, allowing you to tailor your

marketing strategy to that segment

of your customer base.

3. Cross-Selling - A CRM system can

track what products your customer is

buying, and provide you with sugges-

tions on what products you should

now be marketing to that customer.

4. Information Sharing - When a

CRM platform can be accessed

by your whole team, everyone

has access to the same information.

You no longer have to rely on a

co-worker digging up notes from

a meeting months ago so you can

get up to speed on a customer.

5. Customization - Many industry-

specific CRM solutions exist that

can provide some targeted benefits

to your business. A real-estate agency

has vastly different customer needs

and interactions than a financial

services company. Selecting a

customized solution will give your

business a leg up in your industry.

A CRM software solution can provide

benefits to business of any size, from

sole-proprietorships to large corporations.

Keeping track of your customer relation-

ships is a key part of your business

success, and a CRM system can help

you succeed.

benefits of a CRM system, give us
