Core Xperience Resource Needs (Readiness Phase)
• Landing Zone PC - One (1) dedicated workstation to be set up (Virtual or Physical)
– Must be equivalent to the end user workstations during the project and testing phase
– May be converted from physical to virtual desktop for on-going support purposes
– Requires remote access (WebEx or SmartTech)
– Accessible to Support (Xperience and jXchange management console (JMC)
– PC should be left in place for support purposes
– PC specs• Windows 7 or higher 64 bit OS• .NET Version 4.6.2 or higher
• Multiprocessor/Multicore 3 GHZ or higher• 8 GB RAM• 10 GB free disk space for Xperience

Core Xperience Resource Needs (Readiness Phase)
• Core Profile and Account Set-Up Required (SilverLake and
CIF 20/20 Only)
– A Core Profile is needed to complete the installation of Xperience.
– If In-House customer allows our use of their JHA profile, we can use
that instead
– Profile created to have access to SLUIMENU (SL) and XPMENU
(2020). Option Restricted = *No if applicable.
– The XperienceSupport domain/active directory user account will
need Local Admin access to the Landing Zone PC to install
Xperience

minimum one week before your install week

Process and Timeline (Testing/Completion Phase)
• The Strike Team will spin up a WebEx to test the new
screens
• Any issue found during testing will have cases opened to
help with tracking
• The Project Manager will be notified upon completion of
the Strike Team workeffort
• A final call to recap completed efforts and next steps will
be set up and completed by the project manager

• The Validation team will contact you after install is
complete to schedule a WebEx to test the new screens.
