Xorix is a premium human resource outsourcing provider, managed by a team of like-minded professionals that come from a diverse background of countries, cultures and capabilities.In 2005, a creative digital media agency was formed by its founders in Sydney, Australia. Over the next 10 years it grew to becoming one of Australia’s largest digital media providers with offices located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Canberra. It employed over 30 full time Australian staff, and a further 30+ contractors, freelancers and independent business services as part of its supply chain.

With client expectations continuously increasing for better product and service quality, faster turnaround times and lowering price points, the founders decided to look outside its borders for a long terms solution to retain and grow its competitive advantage to its client base.

In 2015, Xorix was established in Manila, Philippines and the commencement of ‘process mirroring’ commenced. Over the next 4 years Xorix successfully recruited, trained and developed the systems to not only meet the premium standards of product quality and services set by its Australian counter-part, it exceeded them.

After an initial scoping phase with new clients, Xorix commences a comprehensive client on-boarding process which is designed to better understand our clients business. Xorix then works closely with its clients to commence the building of the Xorix Operating Procedure which form the foundation of all the key processes deliverables be outsourced.

Reducing CostsThe most obvious benefit of outsourcing is reducing existing labour costs and in doing so, significantly increasing profit margins.

For your typical SME business, this could mean saving $25,000 to $45,000USD per annum, per staff member on salary. If you had a small team of let’s say 6 staff who were performing tasks that were able to be ‘mirrored’ offshore, the savings are tremendous. In this case, the savings could be $150,000 to $270,000USD per annum, or $12,500USD to $22,500USD per month.

There are also on flow savings such as a reduction in other government imposed staff contributions, superannuation, pensions, work-related insurances, staff stationary and perhaps uniforms if required.

Our storyBorn and raised in Australia, our CEO and Founder Attila Kovacs completed tertiary education in 1999 and went on to forge a career within the Television and Media industry. Overtime, Attila became restless with the slow-paced nature of climbing the career ladder and started to look outside of the television industry to further his professional development.

In 2005, a media agency was incorporated in Sydney, Australia specialising in premium digital content services for small to medium enterprises. This would be the ‘birth’ of the first outsourcing solution to be provided, but not offshore.

By 2010, the media agency had grown to one of Australia’s largest digital content suppliers in its sector employing over 30 full time staff across Australia, a network of 30+ freelancers and contractors. Head office was located in Sydney, Australia with satellite offices in Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Canberra (Australian Capital Territory)

In 2011 and 2013, the media agency trialled various offshore outsourcing companies (also known as BPOs) to provide high-level back-office services, without success.

In 2014, fuelled by an increasing desire to make offshore outsourcing a success, the management team packed its bags and set off to Sri Lanka, India, Thailand and the Philippines to discover first hand if the prospects of setting up its own outsourcing facility was a viable option. Manila, the Capital of the Philippines became the new resting ground.

By mid-2015, the media agency management team had successfully mirrored one of its most technically challenging Australian-based production divisions in Manila. The gateway had been opened to fully embracing offshore production.

By late 2016, a further two highly complex divisions of the media agency were successfully mirrored offshore. With zero negative impact to product quality and services, confidence grew for the media agency and migration of teams continued. By early 2017, back-office operations in Australia ceased operations and the Philippines became the new nerve-centre.

In 2017, heavy investment into securing grade-A commercial space, infrastructure, technologies and other support services, Xorix firmly grounds itself into the BPO space and gears up to release its premium offshore human resource solutions to the world.

Attila Kovacs - CEO & founder

A process driven entrepreneur passionate about driving change through innovation, technology and optimised workflow efficiencies to secure and maintain a strong competitive advantage for multinational companies. Prior to becoming self-employed, Attila worked at Foxtel, a large satellite broadcast agency located in Australia and Astra Zeneca, an Anglo-Swedish multinational pharmaceuticals company.

Rene Kisselbach - Chief Operations Officer

Dynamic, innovative sales management and transitional strategist with a 10+ year record of demonstrated success in driving multimillion-dollar divisions while transforming and transition whole processes into new companies and systems. Tenacious in building new business, securing customer loyalty, and forging strong relationships with business partners. Rene has operated senior roles for globally respected brands such as IBM, Ricoh and InfoPrint Solutions.

Shay Kovacs - Human Resources

Shay underpins the backbone of Xorix’s successful human resources function. Over the last 20 years, Shay has held various Recruitment and HR Management roles across many large multinational organisations in Australia and the Middle East. Shay has operated senior roles in globally recognised companies such as Trend Micro, Wolter Kluwer and ANZ Bank.

Daniel Saboune - Creative Director

With an eccentric flair for visual storytelling on a global scale, Daniel understands the poetic balance between creativity and commercial logic. Holding an advanced Diploma in Screen Media, he studied at The International Film School Sydney and New York Film Academy, Los Angeles.

Minerva Malibiran - Production Manager

A veteran floorplan designer who’s organizational and process driven nature has made her the prime candidate to excel as the facility Production Manager at Xorix. Minerva is a self-driven perfectionist and is passionate about have her team produce only the highest quality of work day-in, day-out.
