Arrive to a warm Cornish welcome. Meet the team who will be looking after you over the festive period and enjoy afternoon tea with a glass of prosecco. Relax and take in the spectacular ocean view from our Vista Lounge before children’s High Tea. Enjoy a delicious 3 course dinner in the Restaurant while the children are entertained by a festive movie in our cinema room.

23rd December

Following a hearty breakfast, you have time to yourselves to relax at the hotel. The children can enjoy activities in the Den, or head out and explore the many sights nearby. In the afternoon enjoy a glass of mulled wine and a mince pie in the Vista Lounge followed by children’s High Tea. For those that like a song, we have Christmas carol singing in the Vista Lounge to get us all in a very festive mood. With children in pyjamas they can settle down in the cinema room to a movie whilst the adults go into the restaurant and enjoy a sumptu-ous Christmas Eve dinner. We also arrange transport for those that wish to attend Midnight Mass at Mullion Church with mulled wine and mince pies on return.

24th December - Christmas Eve

Before or after opening the Christmas presents that Santa has delivered enjoy a bucks fizz with breakfast. Santa is due to stop by the Polurrian after his night of delivering presents. We will have a selection of canapés with a glass of Prosecco to lead you into ourChristmas lunch, we will have a magician to add a little mystery! After lunch is the Queens speech, this will be on the screen in the cinema. Of course the traditional Christmas cake will be served with tea/coffee in our beautiful Vista with stunning sea views. Festive movies will be showing in the cinema for the children to enjoy in the evening. Our chef will prepare a scrumptious Gala buffet for the family to indulge in for the evenings dinner.

25th December - Christmas Day

Take a lie in while your children are taken care of at our Breakfast Club, then come down for a late breakfast. After breakfast join us for a coastal walk or for those brave enough feel free to take part in the annual Boxing Day swim at Poldhu Cove. We will provide hot drinks and towels for those hardy enough to take the plunge! Return to the hotel for hot Cornish Pasties and soup to warm you through. In the afternoon a whole host of exciting activities are planned for the children in the Den, so while your children are having fun you can relax and take in the stunning view from the Vista Lounge. Another delicious dinner will be served in the restaurant in the evening to round off Christmas for another year.

26th December - Boxing Day

After the festivities of Christmas, let us help you recuperate for a few days before New Year. We will do all the cooking and cleaning!

Re-Charger - 27th - 30th December

It has been a long week or two! Let us help you settle into the hotel for your New Year Break. What better way to do this than with a welcome drink and Cornish afternoon tea! Meet the team who will be on hand to look after you over the New Year.Enjoy a relaxing day, with a lovely dinner in the evening.

30th December - Arrival Day

After breakfast, let our den team look after the little ones while you take it all in from our stunning Vista. We will have mulled wine & mince pies in our Vista lounge to tide you over until dinner. For the grand evening meal, we will have a Gala dinner for our guests to indulge in and enjoy. Time for some dancing - we will have music following the meal for you to let your hair down to. Everyone gather together in the Vista for a fireworks display put on by the hotel (weather permitting), with the chimes of Big Ben to ring in the New Year.

31st December - New Year’s Eve

Let our den team look after your little ones with the breakfast club for you to have a lie in. During breakfast we will be serving a bucks fizz, to cheers to your first breakfast of the year! Our den team will be offering Children’s activities during the day, so the adults can use their free time to relax. Our head chef will have a gala buffet designed to start your New Year in style, enjoy!

1st January

With the children in breakfast club why not enjoy a leisurely breakfast in bed with the papers. Spend the day exploring and blowing away the cobwebs, relax and have a leisurely dinner - the perfect end to your festive break.
