Monthly Position Status Report

This job aid is to assist agencies in producing and analyzing the E-Profile Report in Excel format.

When Company Seniority is selected in the parameters, this report lists Job Data, Personal Data, and Employment information consisting of union code, employee job code, job title, employee ID, employee record number, employee name, department ID, department description, seniority years, months, and days. This report also selects position job code and position job title from Position Data to identify those positions that are not filled at their established levels (i.e. underfills, trainee positions). This report sorts by union code, employee job code, and seniority years, months and days, and page break by union. An option also exists to run the report by Union Seniority, reporting on Union Seniority Dates populated in the Job Labor Tab in Job Data. This is not a date that is configured by Core-CT, rather agencies may choose to use the date for tracking purposes other than seniority.

Time Reporting Code Requirements Report

Provides the Agency Time and Labor, Human Resources, or Payroll Specialists the ability to report on TRCs that have been utilized during the reporting period. This report is useful for the reporting requirements of workers’ compensation codes for OSHA reporting, federal FMLA codes, state family leave (C.G.S. 5-248a), LAW codes for leave of absence, and a multiple of other reporting requirements.

Lists, by department, the Employee ID/employee record combination selected for hourly rate rounding or recalculation not updated by the batch. This report lists the following exceptions: (1) employees who were selected for hourly rate rounding, but whose override rates were already populated, (2) employees who were selected for docked rate re-calculation, but whose override rate was already populated, and (3) employees who were selected for docked rate re-calculation, but whose required rates and standard hours were not populated prior to batch execution.
