Welcome to Herbalife E-Mail Order System for India. This great new service is being offered to Herbalife Distributors in India.
Ensure that you have received the following: Guidelines, Pricelist, sample order along with the ordering template from Herbalife International India Ltd., upon contacting the above e-mail address and requesting the template.
Upon opening the E-Order Form ther will be an initial 'pop-up' screen. Please press the button that reads "enable macros". You will then notice a second 'pop-up' screen, please press "No" to linking and you are now ready to enter your information and stock number.
All areas shaded in yellow must be completed to ensure an accurate and timely processing of your order.
In order to move to the next yellow shaded field always press TAB/ENTER or click on via mouse.
Please ensure the delivery / pick-up field and the state field is mentioned without fail. This field gives the exact calculation of taxes for your order.
In case of pick-up kindly click exact place of pick-up ( Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi or Kolkata office). The list is programmed in the e-mail order form template in the PICK-UP & DELIVERY COLUMN.
In case of delivery kindly click the cities mentioned in the list. In case of delivery to cities other than the cities mentioned in the list kindly click “OTHER CITIES” in the same list.
This list is programmed in the e-mail order form template in the PICK-UP & DELIVERY COLUMN.
For example: DELIVERY IN CHENNAI CITY (if clicked by you in the PICK-UP & DELIVERY COLUMN) should click state column as TAMILNADU. The list of states is programmed in the e-mail order form template in the STATE COLUMN.
For example: DELIVERY IN LUCKNOW CITY (if clicked by you in the PICK-UP & DELIVERY COLUMN) should click state column as UTTAR PRADESH. The list of states is programmed in the e-mail order form template in the STATE COLUMN.

i) Ensure that both the DELIVERY/PICK-UP COLUMN and STATE COLUMN is filled correctly before entering the stock number field, to ensure exact tax calculations.
ii) ACCEPTED PAYMENT is only credit card (VISA / MASTER ) and Electronic fund transfer only.
The percentage of discount as per Sales and marketing plan (25%,30%,35%,38%,40%,41%,42%,50%) is programmed in the e-mail order form template in the DISCOUNT COLUMN. Please click the exact discount percentage applicable to you.
It is recommended that with every order sent a “read receipt” or a “delivery receipt” be attached to allow you to know that your order has been accessed and is being processed.
E-Orders received and processed will be confirmed directly to your e-mail with details of order number, volume points, amounts due and paid and operator's name.
Should any discrepancy be found with the order, the processing Sales Order staff will refer back to the original senders e-mail for verification or clarification on the discrepancy. Please remember that in order to effectively and accurately process all orders, all information must be provided.
It is important to remember this e-mail service is intended for Orderingpurpose only. Herbalife International India Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any non-delivery of mails to and from the company and cannot guarantee the reliability, accuracy and does not assume the responsibilities of any unauthorized usage of information in the content of email order form.

Prices are subject to change. In addition, new stock may become available and old stock become obsolete, requiring the current version of e-mail ordering to be ammended.
