PGDM Payment Advice Form
You should send this Payment Advice Form immediately to XIMB
along with the respective application fee payment
instrument. The application fee (non-refundable) is Rs.1000/-
for one programme, and Rs.500/- each for every additional
programme/form. The application fee may be paid in one of the
following methods:
a) Pay Rs. 1000/- in cash at select IMS/Career Launcher/T.I.M.E.
coaching centres, and collect the Money Receipt and
XIMB Bulletin (during September 12 to November 25 only), towards
the first application form/programme only. The
application fee for additional programmes, if applicable, should
be paid through other methods (b or c). Refer to FAQ
section for the list of respective IMS centres. (Bulletin will
not be available at Career Launcher centres, but will be sent
from XIMB by courier).
OR
b) Use Core Banking Services and deposit the relevant
application fee in cash, from any branch of State Bank of
India,
into the Current A/c No. 30834687536 (IFS Code: SBIN0004414) of
XIM, Bhubaneswar (Bank service charges will be
extra. Use the normal pay-in-slip available in the bank). Fee
can also be paid through Net banking, and the printout of
the confirmation note can be used for the purpose;
OR
c) Get a demand draft for the relevant application fee,
favouring "Xavier Institute of Management ", and payable at
theBhubaneswar main branch of the respective bank.
Send the Payment Advice Form along with the IMS/Career
Launcher/T.I.M.E. money receipt or the original bank pay-in-
slip counterfoil or DD, by Registered Post, or Speed Post or
Courier, addressed to:
The Admissions Office,
Xavier Institute of Management,
Xavier Square,
Bhubaneswar- 751 013.
(Local applicants may submit the payment advice form and
original bank pay-in-slip counterfoil at the Admissions Office
counter and collect the Bulletin-2012, in person.)
Your application for admission will be accepted only on receipt
of application fee by XIMB. A registration confirmation note
has already been generated and sent to your email id. On receipt
of your application fee payment instrument and
Payment Advice Form, a message c onfirming the acceptance of
your application will be sent to you by email.
Subsequently, the information Bulletin-2012 will be sent to your
current address, by post (except to those who have paid
at IMS/T.I.M.E. centres). The last date for receiving the
application fee along with payment advice form at XIMB is
November 30, 2011.
