2009 Chardonnay

(89% Chardonnay, 7.4% Pinot Grigio, 3.6% Viognier)) Fruit aromas of sweet pineapple, peach, and apricot blend together with barrel aromas of fig, honey, and vanilla. Flavors of tart apple and lemon lead to grapefruit and white peach on the finish.

2009 Pinot Grigio (85.8% Pinot Grigio, 9% Chardonnay, 5.2% Viognier) The 2009 Pinot Grigio is brilliant in color and accentuated with aromas of white peach, grapefruit, and pineapple, subtly enriched with notes of apricot and melon. Flavors of tropical fruit are framed with soft acidity that allows the intense fruit flavors to shine.

2008 Cabernet Sauvignon (80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 6% Tannat, 5% Syrah, 2% Petite Syrah) The inky black hue of this cabernet gives way to expressive aromas of black cherry, cassis, and allspice. Aging in French oak barrels softens the firm tannins and introduces hints of vanilla and cedar on the palate. Luscious currants and pepper flavors are refined and balanced by a lingering finish. Best now through 2020 with proper cellaring.

2008 Old Vine Zinfandel (86% Zinfandel, 14% Petit Sirah) This Old Vine Zinfandel is packed full of blackberry, cherry, and blueberry jam; with barrel flavors contributing aromas of coffee, cedar, and finishing with licorice. A big finish of age worthy tannin and it’s full body suggest pairing with a robust meal of your finest cheese.

2008 Petite Sirah (83% Petite Sirah, 9% Syrah, 8% Merlot) This wine exhibits dark hues, exotic aromas of raspberry, plums, and black cherries. Exhibiting generous tannins and a lengthy finish, this Petite Sirah should benefit from several years of aging, yet make a terrific accompaniment to a hearty stew, lamb, or wild game.

2008 Cab-Shiraz (60% Shiraz, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon) The practice of blending more than one variety of wine has been practiced in Europe for centuries and is the basis for this Cab-Shiraz. This full bodied, yet very approachable blend is loaded with flavors of blackberries, cherries, currants, and plums. It has a lengthy finish and just a hint of oak.

2008 Chardonnay (84% chardonnay, 10% Pinot Grigio, 6% Viognier) Aromatics of slight apple, pear and spiced sugar open this elegant, medium-bodied Chardonnay. The balanced palate of pineapple and melon leads to a spiced finish. It is a classic example of Lodi Chardonnay and shows all the unique characteristics of the region's terroir.

2008 Cabernet Sauvignon (76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Petite Sirah, 6% Sirah, 4% Zinfandel, 2% Tannat) Aromas of black cherry with underlying notes of toasted warm coffee and cassis. A touch of cedar folds seamlessly into a rich opulent black fruit core. Layers of oak build texture and offer a firm mid-palate. The velvety long finish is filled with red fruit and currants.

2008 Viognier (94% Viognier, 6% Chardonnay) This Viognier Shows big peach and apricot flavors mixed with citrus and floral notes. The wine is a powerhouse of flavor and is semi-dry so it will make an excellent match with flavorful foods like Mediterranean stew and spicy dishes.

2008 Merlot (84% Merlot, 8% Syrah, 5% Carignane, 2% Cabernet Sauvignon) Aromas of candied violets and cassis are wrapped around creamy, vanilla toast. Wonderful flavors of ripe, black cherries and rich, fleshy plums; round tannins are lush, but firm with a nice chalky texture that brings out this Merlot’s real power.

2009 Zinfandel (84% Zinfandel, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot) The wine has a dark, rich color and plenty of minerality, loads of bright and savory raspberry and black currant fruit, with hints of pepper and crushed rocks. This wine pushes the envelope of sheer decadence with an expressive fragrance of briary berries, pepper, and spice.

Cabernet Sauvignon

This medium bodied Cabernet offers currant and black cherry flavors and aromas complimented by accessible tannins that make it ready to drink upon release from the winery. A touch of Cabernet Franc and Petite Sirah is blended with premium Cabernet Sauvignon and aged up to six months in American oak. Serve with beef, game and aged cheese.

Moscato

Here’s a refreshingly different white wine to serve before meals and with lighter fare. The off dry style makes it unusually versatile, so you can enjoy it with spicy Thai, Latin,Chinese and smoked or grilled foods. Two Muscat clones with a touch of Viognier and Symphony give it a full fruit profile and a pleasingly crisp finish.

Chardonnay

America’s favorite white wine is made with care at Brownstone, where our winemaker focuses on extended, low temperature fermentation to enhance the delicate pineapple, pear and citrus flavors and aromas. Merlot

Shiraz

Enjoy the deep, rich colors, fruit aromas and a smooth, satisfying finish. This blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Franc and Petite Sirah was barrel aged for at least three months.

Pinot Grigio

This Pinot Grigio is harvested a little later than most and is accented with dry Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc. White Zinfandel

Finally, a blush wine with crisp acidity that highlights the bright strawberry and cherry flavors and aromas!
