Working in Partnership
In order to increase referrals throughout September to December the Medway team have been networking with other key agencies. A member of the Medway team attends the Children Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) CAP meeting monthly.
Other agencies team meetings attended include Medway Action for Families (MAfF), Leaving Care team, Looked after Child (LAC) nurses, and Social Care.
