Making a Report

• Suspected Responsible Party
• Reporting Party Can Remain Anonymous
• Average Time it Takes to Complete a Report is 4 ½ minutes
Notification & Action
• NOTIFICATION- The NRC will notify the appropriate Federal On-Scene Coordinator (FOSC) and other agencies who we have established agreements with of reported incidents.
• ACTION- Notified agencies will analyze the information and respond accordingly.
The NRC Does Not Deploy Resources

• 24 hour conference call lines– 3 conference lines capable of connecting up to 30
people at a time
• Foreign Language Line– Ability to take reports from individuals who do not
speak English
• Recorded Calls– All reports received via the telephone
• Telephone Device for the Deaf (TDD) Phone
