Job Description ABM Building Services a Service Manager to manager the national account operations in

Dallas/Fort Worth Texas. Primary Responsibilities:

Redeem operating gross profit objectives through Leadership and management of staff while meeting contractual commitments to customers in a timely, high-quality manner.

Prepare and participate, in cooperation with VP of National Accounts, unit plans for gross profit, burden, field staffing levels, subcontractor mix and burden costs for annual operating plan

Ensure performance of 100% on customer agreements under your responsibility. P.M. shall be performed as scheduled. Computer reports and job visits will be used to measure this objective

Maintain actual gross profit at planned levels for all GEO Centers and Profit Centers Limit contract cancellation rate to zero due to customer dissatisfaction

Obtain SPOT revenue and CPM and GPM revenue plans

• Primary Functions:

• · Manage a Team of Account Specialists to Provide Optimum Customer Service

• · Provide Forecasting Reports to Clients

• · Financial Trending of Client Spend for Year End Reports

• · Prepare Spreadsheets and Dirty Dozen Summary Reports

• · Coordinate Quotes from Vendors to Provide to Client

• · Verify AP and AR Invoices

• · Prepare Spreadsheets for Invoicing to Customer Specifications

• · Develop Business Relationships with Vendors and Customers

• · Asset Management for Clients

• · Conduct Weekly National Accounts Meetings

• · Review Weekly Work Order Summary Reports

• · Review Weekly Invoice Batch Reports

• · Update National Accounts Procedures on Portal

• · Verify Account Specialists Time Sheets
