With reference to your application for the post of Administrative Officer (Scale-I), you are requested to appear for a written examination

on Sunday 22 April 2012 at 10.00 Hrs under the roll no. & registration no.at the examination venue indicated above.

Test Comprises of the follow ing Sections:

All the test mentioned above w ill be of objective type consisting of multiple choice questions(MCQ) to be answ ered in OMR sheet except for

English Test w hich w ill be Descriptive type consisting of Essay, Precis and Comprehension.

General Aptitude Test w ill be taken in lieu of professional know ledge test for candidates belonging to Group G. The additional topics w hich

w ill be covered in this part w ill be - (a) Data Suff iciency (b) Analysis of Information/Analytical ability (c) Data Interpretation.

Please note the following instructions carefully:

1. You are requested to appear for the w ritten test on the date and time specif ied above. Late-comers w ill not be permitted to appear in the

Test.

2. Please carry one valid Photo Identity Card as a proof of your identity in the Examination Hall.

3. You w ill be allow ed to enter the Test Centre only on production of Admit Card. Please note dow n your Roll Number andRegistration Number

for future reference and keep a photocopy of the Admit Card w ith you, as the original one w ill be collected from you at the time of Written

Test.

4. You are required to carry one original copy of counterfoil of the fee payment challan which have to be submitted w ith the

admit card at the time of written examination. Without the counterfoil of the fee payment challan, the candidate w ill not be

allowed to appear in the written examination.

5. Your candidature for this Test is provisional and subject to fulf illment of the Educational Qualif ication and other terms & conditions specif ied

in our Advertisement & subject to a detailed scrutiny at a later stage.

6. Request for change of Test Centre/Test Date w ill not be entertained under any circumstance.

7. You may kindly note that no travelling expenses w ill be admissible for appearing the Written Test.

8. USE ONLY BLUE/BLACK BALL POINT PEN for marking the answ ers on the OMR Sheet during the Written Test.

9. Only blue or black ballpoint pen should be used for w riting the descriptive answ ers during the Written Test.

10. Do not bring mobile phone(s)/scanning devices(s)/ any electronic gadget to the test centre. Please note that, no arrangement for storing

these items w ill be made at the test centre as these items are banned inside the test centre.

11. The duration of the Test w ill be of 3 hours.

12. No Candidate w ill be allow ed to leave the Test Centre before 11 AM on the date of Examination.
