Secure printing
An uncontrolled printing environment is a major danger. The following should be taken into consideration for securing printing assets:

• Location of network/local printers: printing devices located in public areas should be secured;
2• Access: who is allowed to print, scan and copy documents;
3
• Type of documents which are printed, scanned, copied;
• Costs: increase costs
