Using the questionnaire• Trusts can review the status of their project and check that all of the
key aspects have been considered in the project planning• Allows planning of items on a critical path and building a timeline in
readiness to ePMA going live• Provides a pragmatic review of the status of the project
• not all aspects of an ePMA project, but the specific topics that should be considered prior to go live
• most of these are areas that could cause a problem at or after go live if they have not been considered
• Building on the experiences of sites who have previously ‘gone live’

Each Trust should have it's own IT acceptance readiness criteria. These are used to assess every IT implementation prior to go live.
