Person’s responsibilities

• Project manager– Overall responsibility to make sure that all the teams

are performing their tasks

• Team leader– Make sure everyone in your team is taking part

• Task manager– Make sure the parts have been put together correctly

• Resources manager– Make sure all the correct parts have been selected

and that none get lost
