To develop a white paper on the “Life-Cycle Costs of Integrated - Open Standards Based Building Technologies” as compared to traditional stand-alone closed system buildings. To create a parametric model for both new and renovated buildings. To allow analyze of individual building operating/ maintenance costs & develop supporting documentation for each cost. To lend credibility to final net present value (NPV) comparisons in buildings.
