1. Scope
This procedure is applicable to all Seagate products of Teleplan Penang.
2. Purpose
To establish Seagate DCM update WWN process in Teleplan Penang from Seagate to Teleplan production release.

-5. Responsibilities
5.1 Product Engineer
5.1.1 Upon received WWN block from Seagate through email the WWN block will be immediately implement into DCM.
5.1.2 Update to tables: ID, BLOCK, PRODUCT, FACLITY, FILLED & CONTACT.5.2 BE Process Engineer
5.2.1 To ensure all WWN details and changes are matching according to customer specification.5.2.2 Process Engineer informs Product Engineer immediately if any discrepancy found during verification.5.3 Quality Engineer
5.3.1 To ensure the sample label details is matching with the change in WWN related document.
5.3.2 To make sure printing quality is good and all the information on the label has meet overall requirement per qualification plan.
5.3.3 To inform Product Engineer and BE Process Engineer immediately whenever there is any reject found during sample label verification and new label released.
6. Procedure
6.1 Upon received new WWN block from Seagate. 6.2 Login to http://www.sgtacr.com.my/dcmweb/dcm_manager_menu.asp,
6.3 Current DCM Manager Version is V3.16.0 (refer graphic 1) and DCMHUB is v3 (refer graphic 2).6.4 Then select the block received, SATA, SAS or FC block.

Graphic 26.5 For SATA block received using DCM Manager V3.16.0 refer Graphic 3 and for DCMHUB v3 refer graphic 4 to key in NAA, ORG ID, BLOCK, PRODUCT, FACILITY, FILLED & CONTACT fields acoording to SATA block received. Next Serial field by default setting by system is 0.
