„AUSTRIAN HERITAGE MEETS ITALIAN CRAFTSMANSHIP”
Thesis: traditional tailoring made of an-cient gestures and precious fabrics.Antithesis: conceptual and educated flair of a contemporary designer.Synthesis: the cool tailoring project by Weber + Weber.
Christian Weber is back together with his partner Manuel. With a truly break-through project. His talent as an experi-mental designer – trained at the Los An-geles Fashion Art School – blends with the basics of Italian and Viennese tailor-ing, giving life to a perfect osmosis.
The first project of cutting-edge tai-lored menswear Weber + Weber: Chris-tian and Manuel, connected in business and in life, create a new garment for the modern cosmopolitan man.
Manuel Weber gives his contribution as a profound connoisseur of matter. Born in Carinthia, rooted in the land and the flo-ra, due to his gardener profession, Ma-nuel Weber is already naturally aligned in the project of purist and raw tailoring, conveying a subtle and cool glamour, without superstructures. The matter se-lection and composition is simply part of his world.
Indeed, matter plays a leading role shap-ing beauty in the Weber + Weber pro-ject: Fitted jackets in extra light lodens and sharp cut boiled woolens in winter or tinted cotton linen Jägerleinen and distressed hemp in summer.
Anatomically structured gilets, with a handmade detail. Shirts in extra light denim, paired with reverse hand-stitched ties following the ancient Vi-
ennese technique, made with large and sequential stitches. Bomber in natural leather tied with pleated loden or stone washed hemp.
T-shirt with bar-tack stitch shoulders and pockets applied on reverse blind stitching.
The jeans yoke applied on the tradition-al pant, always very fitted. The genre contamination is pervasive, but always distinguished by comfort and absolute contemporaneity.
Weber+ Weber is raw sophistication. Raw elegance. Beyond trends. Each item stays with the wearer forever, never los-ing its charm. The older it grows more beautiful it will become.
Each item has a number, detailing its journey, manufacturing details, materi-als, as an identification card. Complet-ing the Weber +Weber world is a series of male accessory, perfectly in line with the educated, eco-friendly and modern brand vision.
Crystals and garnets, merged with leath-er and silver, giving life to intensively original charms and bracelets, distin-guished by a profound yet simple flair.
Intellect and heart: on one side, the structure perfection, the rigor of edge-to-edge seams, the strict rules of Italian and Viennese tailoring; on the other, the liveliness shaking up the standard use of materials, combining opposite arche-types, warming up the cool structure of tailored garments with a subtle sensual-ity, outlined by details.
