of Würth products only.2. The ORSY System shall remain at all

times the property of Würth UK Limited.3. Should trading cease for a period

exceeding 6 months Würth UK Limitedreserves the right to remove any articlesplaced at the above customer, as part ofthis Agreement.

4. The customer is responsible for thesafety and security of the ORSY Systemand its components, whilst it remains onhis/her premises.

5. The customer shall allow a Würthrepresentative access to the ORSYSystem at any time to maintain andensure that the ORSY System is beingused in accordance with Conditions 1, 2,3 and 4. Failure to do so may result in theremoval of any articles supplied as partof this Agreement.
