Draft WSIS Declaration and Draft WSIS Action Plan was reported.
The Chair of the Working Group has provided revised drafts as of 21 March 2003.
The Draft WSIS Declaration of principles and Draft Action Plan are available on the WSIS Website http://www.itu.int/wsis.
