The Everett Exercise At the Everett EOC– Incident commander, 3 staff– 18 trusted users
195 reports filed, 300 tweets Feedback:– Easy to use submit a report, suggested changes– Map and tabular display helped keep data organized
Conclusions:– Assign PIO/Ops to watch incoming data, no new staff– Will be more immediate information– Trusted users will be important 21
