Standard Railings Every railing is custom built to the specifications of your project; insuring proper fit and equal picket spacing.

Standard Materials:

➢ 1-3/4 inch Colonial Molded Handrail

➢ ½ inch solid square Pickets

➢ 1 inch solid square Posts

➢ 1 x 5/16 solid rectangular Bottom Bar

All material is carbon steel

**Height: Our Standard Residential is 36” @ landings - 34” @ stair All rails are assumed res. unless otherwise noted

Commercial is 42” @ landings - 36” @stair

Please check your local building code requirements for specification with regard to commercial & residential applications

Finish-

➢ Standard, all iron railings are cleaned and finished electrostaticly, with Metal Master Satin black paint.

➢ We offer custom colors and exotic finishes, such as Verdigris and other patinas.

➢ We also offer Powder Coating as an extra for our iron railings and, as a standard, for our Aluminum rails. Standard colors are Black,

White, and Bronze. Please note: powder coating does not inshore a maintenance free product.

Installation-

➢ Complete installation service is available.

➢ We also sell our products to Contractors for installing (with provided field dimensions).

Warranty

1-year warranty on workmanship and materials.

This excludes the finish. Customers must be aware that wrought iron is low maintenance, not maintenance

free. It is excepted that with the size and weight of our product touch up will be necessary.
