V. Observed Organizational Values/ Evaluation of the Company

Interpersonal Relationship – The relationship between the executives, engineers and

laborers were really good and the owners are approachable and kind. We trainees can

casually talk with the engineers as if we are just friends. Every time we ask questions

they give good explanations and examples that we will easily understand.

Working Relationship with the Executives and Co- Worker- A good working relationship with

the co worker is essential since, I am an apprentice I need his/her professional input,

Page 10: Written Report

constructive criticism and understanding. An effective work relationship with co-workers

allows for a positive environment.

Teamwork –Teamwork was always practice when we are working so that work is efficient

and effective.

Quality Of Serviced Delivered- when it comes to quality URC always assure that the quality of

their product will meet the expectation of their costumer and they always improve the

quality of their product.

Punctuality- The simplest plan for being punctual at work is to arrive early. In this manner

you can set an optimistic approach to your work and to your co-workers. Do the things you

can do ahead of time to reduce cramming and tension to work

Personal Grooming- Personal hygiene was always observed in the company because poor

hygiene can make the work inefficient.

VI. Problem Encountered During My Training and How I Solved Them

I have encountered many problem when I was on my on the job training, the managing of

time in the assigned work, the use of equipment in work because I don’t have some idea on how to

use them, The working environment is Uncomfortable because it is hot and the communication

sometimes it is hard because some machine are very loud. Thanks to my co worker and supervisor

for helping me solved those problem they thought me on how to use those equipment and on how

to manage the work on time and effectively.

VII. Recommendation/Suggestion and Feedback of the student on the school’s Student On-the-

job/ Practicum Training Program.

I think the OJT was fine. But the school must ensure that the students are actually being

assigned to the field they are taking because we are hearing some from our colleagues and

former classmates that they sometimes assigned to a work that has nothing to do with their

Page 11: Written Report

course. And also, I suggest that the school should help the students to find a company for them

because it is not easy to apply and having your finals at the same time.
