Please find enclosed a detailed dossier about the
whereabouts of Otto Adolf Eichmann, a.k.a. Ricardo Klemenk. It
is presumed that he is presently residing in Buenos Aires,
Argentina, working at the Mercedes Benz factory. It is
imperative that Israel bring this man to justice for being the
man behind the “Final Solution” - see biography.
I have also included a tentative capture plan and
immediate extradition back to the Holy Land so that he can
stand trial. I have listed the agents who I feel are best suited
to this kind of secret operation. I implore you to please go to
Prime Minister Ben-Gurion to seek his approval for this Mossad
operation.

Family History:
Otto Adolf Eichmann was born on March 19, 1906 in the
town of Soligenen, into a middle-class Protistant
family. His father was Adolf Karl Eichmann, a
bookkeeper. His mother’s name was Maria, a housewife.
Otto Eichmann was the oldest of five children. In 1913,
the family moved to Linz, Austria, where his father
worked as commercial manager for the Linz Tramway and
Electrical Company. Eichmann attended school in Linz
and as a teenager he attended the Kaiser Franz Joseph
Staatsoberrealschule. He was not good at school and his father withdrew
him from the academic stream and enrolled him in an apprentice school
called the Höhere Bundeslehranstalt für Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau
und Hochbau, a vocational college. Eichmann left the school without
obtaining a degree and ended up working for his father at the Untersberg
Mining Company. From 1925 to 1927, Eichamnn worked as a sales clerk for
the Oberösterreichische Elektrobau AG radio company. Between 1927 and
1933, Eichmann worked in Upper Austria and Salzburg as district agent for
the Vacuum Oil Company. During this time, Eichman joined the youth
section of Hermann Hiltl’s right-wing veteran’s movement, and began
reading Nazi Party newspapers and books and other literature.
Position during WWII:
Adolf Eichmann joined the Nazi party on April 1,
1932, member number 889,895 and not long after, he
joined the SS (Schutzataffel). His member rank was 45326,
and he was assigned to SS Regiment Standarte 37.
Sometime during September 1934, Eichman was
transferred to a more powerful branch of the SS, where
he assimilated information regarding the Jewish
people. He frequented many Jewish areas in the city,
learning about their culture and lifestyle. This noted
“dedication” resulted in his earning the nickname
“Jewish Specialist,” within the ranks of his Regiment.
Eichmann’s efforts garnered the attention of the

high-ranking Heinrich Himler, who assigned Eichman to research possible
solutions to what members of the Reich called a “Jewish problem.”
Following the Annexation of Austria, Eichman was sent to establish a
Central Office for Jewish Emigration, designed in part, to respond to and
exploit the desperation of the more affluent Jews trying to flee the
country. Many Jews gave up all their possessions in return for safe
passage out of the country. In 1939, Eichman was appointed to the the
Gestapo Section IV B4, part of the RSHA (The
Reich Main Security Office), which made
him responsible for implementing Nazi
rules towards the Jewish people in all
occupied areas. In July 1940, the
“Madagascar Plan” was proposed, which
would have deported all European Jews to
the island of Madagascar. This plan was
deemed “impractical,” mostly because of
the physical distance between Germany and
Madagascar, and was never pursued further
or implemented. Following the annexation
of Poland under Eichman and Himler’s
direct orders, the Nazis started to round
up Jews and resettled them in ghettos and
forced-labour camps. Upon starting Operation Barbarossa under
Eichmann’s supervision, Einsatz groups rounded up, documented, and
murdered an estimated 300,000 Jews within the Soviet-occupied territory.
Eichmann’s method of executing Jews during this time seemed simple. He
ordered the SS units to round up all the
Jews in an area, place them in an open
pit and shoot them there. As
straightforward as it sounded, this
method had a severe, unforeseen and
debilitating psychological impact on
the soldiers who acted on these orders.
After Eichman and Himler had toured
some areas where these mass executions
were carried out, the pair left feeling
“disgusted,” and recognized that their
own soldiers were suffering with what
the famous German psychiatrist Freud referred to as “war neuroses,” a term

used to describe deep psychological disturbance. Considering the needs of
their own soldiers, the pair decided that a “better solution” was needed,
but remarkably, stopping orders for mass-executions was never
considered; only removing their soldiers as much as possible from being
first-hand witnesses during these executions. In January 1942, Eichman
and Himler organized the Wannsee Conference in Berlin, where 15 Nazi
bureaucrats came up with the “Final Solution for the Jewish People.” This
“final solution” was a declaration of genocide against the Jewish people
of Europe. While it is believed that Eichmann never personally
participated in the direct killing of any Jewish persons himself, he was
deemed to be the mastermind behind the plan that resulted in the killing
of 90% of Polish Jews, and two-thirds of the total Jewish population of
Europe.
Near the end of the war, Eichmann escaped the Russians who were
invading Budapest. On December 24, 1944 he fled to Berlin where he aided
in the destruction of incriminating documents from his department. As the
war came to an end in May 8, 1945, Eichmann moved to Austria with his
family.
After the war, many high ranking members of the Nazi party were
arrested and tried for warcrimes. Eichmann was eventually captured by US
forces under the name "Otto Eckmann." Knowing that his true identity
would soon be discovered, Eichmann escaped the prison camp and made
himself a new identity under the name “Otto Heninge.” He moved
frequently, but eventually settled in Lüneburg Heath, remaining there
until 1950. Eichmann disappeared in May, 1950 and has not been seen since.
Eichmann’s wife and three children, who were living in Germany, have not
been seen since 1953. Vera’s mother told a policeman that she has remarried
and moved to America. This statement is false as there is no documentation
in America stating she had emigrated to the United States.

extermination of the Jewish race... I was so much impressed with this
document which gave Eichmann authority to kill millions of people that I

Führer order." I realized at that time that the order was a death warrant
for millions of people and that the power to execute this order was in
Eichmann's hands, subject to approval of Heydrich and later,

My daughter Syliva Hermann is presently dating Eichamnn’s son, Nick Eichmann. Sylvia has told me that Nick has stated that his father had served “ Germany well as a high-level Wehrmacht officer who had moved his family around Europe, including a stay in Poland. And that the Jews should have been annihilated (Bascomb, 2009). Nick is very secretive about his family. Even though Sylvia and him have been seeing each other now for many months, she has never been invited to his house. They write to each other through a mutual friend as she has never been given his address. Mr. Bauer, I implore you to look into this situation as I believe that Adolf Eichmann is living with his wife and sons, right under our noses here in Argentina.

four sons. Klaus (born 1936 in Berlin), Horst
Adolf (born 1940 in Vienna), Dieter Helmut
(born 1942 in Prague) and Ricardo Francisco
(born 1955 in Buenos Aires).

Operation Finale
Purpose of Operation: To capture Otto Adolf Eichmann alive and bring
him to Israel to stand trial for War Crimes committed against the Jewish
people during World War II.
When: March, April and May 1960
Where: San Fernando, Buenos Aires

Steps to Operation
❖ Get clear confirmation that Riccardo Klemment is in fact, Otto Adolf
Eichman - send two agents to surveil his house. The road is open and
land is flat, ensure operatives are hidden.
❖ Establish a travel agent in a European country to provide all the
travel documents, visas and health certificates needed for the
operation. This will keep Israel out of the public eye. It is
important to note that Israel would be violating Argentinian
sovereignty by kidnapping Eichmann and taking him out of the
country. Also, the Argentinian government has many Germans who are
sympathetic to the Nazi cause, and they will make things very
difficult if they were informed that Isreal is wanting to capture
Eichmann.
❖ Agents can enter Argentina under the guise
of wanting to join in the celebration of
Argentina’s 150th anniversary. While in
Argentina, it is important to have numerous
safe houses arranged and to change cars
often so as to avoid drawing suspicion.
❖ Gain a timeline of Eichamnn’s daily routine
and the routine of his family and friends.
❖ Pick a suitable time to apprehend Eichman.
The apprehension must be quick and should be
at nightfall or sometime in the night.
❖ Upon detaining Eichman, you are to tie his
hands and feet together and put on special
goggles that restrict his vision.
❖ Travel undetected back to a safehouse.

❖ Upon arriving at safehouse, search Eichmann for poison - pay
attention to his teeth to ensure he does not have a cyanide capsule.
❖ Interrogate Eichmann to have him admit his true identity. He is not
to be manhandled or physically hurt in any way.
❖ Prep Eichmann for travel, you will have an EI-AI airlines uniform
for each member of your team and Eichman to blend in. Ensure that
Eichmann is sedated. He still needs to be mobile, but he should not be
able to speak.
❖ Take Eichman to Israel where he will be handed off to other Mossad
agents and brought to trial for crimes against humanity.
