Good morning friends. To be healthy, I eat balanced meals and I exercise. I drink plenty of water and get enough sleep. I usually eat bread or boiled eggs for breakfast. For lunch and dinner, I usually eat rice, fish, and vegetables. I love vegetables like long beans, tomatoes, and carrots. I also eat a lot of fruits like papayas, apples and strawberries. I do not like oily food like fried chicken. I always exercise in the evening. I play games like Police and Thieves with my friends. I enjoy cycling in the park.
