    often you practice your favorite sport.

    My name is Bibiana Calderon, I have 24 years old and I will give you 2 tips to lead a

    healthy life.

    First it is important to eat well, this will give us a lot of energy, but beware, eat well is

    eating you need, we not want to gain weight, feel and see us ugly, change flours and sweet

    by vegetables and fruit and second playing sports.

    I love to skate, I'm on the streets and observe what is happening around us, I have fallen but

    only are falls that teach and also the people laugh at them, also playing sports, besides

    staying us healthy helps to release stress and bad energy.

    Hi Angely, I hope you are very good, been a long time since you left the country and really

    I miss our school days, you remember that in the month of love and friendship I sweetened

    Life has changed and we are not girls and we now have many responsibilities that take our

    time.

    I have already found a stable job and now I have started my professional life, I am very

    happy, despite all the difficulties, I was able to get ahead.

    My days are very busy, it all starts at 6 in the morning, I go to work where I am very happy,

    then go to home to rest an hour to continue my study until dawn, on weekends I only going

    to ride skates and I rest a little routine, there are days when I feel very tired but I'm doing

    what I love.

    I want to invite you this Sunday to jog on the bike path Bogota, the only thing you should
