Adobe PDF Menu > Change Conversion Settings

❶   Click Advanced Settings…

❷   Click Save As…

❸  Name your file “PDF for Print.joboptions”

Click Save

❹   Check √ the box Show All Settings Click Yes when the dialog box comes up asking if you want to save your changes

❺   Make sure the PDF for Print is highlighted

❻   Click the General tab Change settings to reflect those shown here

Click OK

Once the settings are changed, click OK

Make sure the Conversion Settings is set for PDF for Print

Uncheck boxes as shown

Click OK

Prepress/Print Ready Specs/Print Ready Word_Excel 2000/01-16-06
