It is a canon of the 21st century, that the world today is much more complicated laced with various intricate webs of issues including legal and regulatory conundrums. In Malaysia, legal industry which is moulded based on English legal system is still reluctant to adapt to more contemporary setup. Due to the fragmentation of modus operandi and operational systems, it is rather hard to achieve a networking of common affinities. The firm also handled the application of Hak Guna Usaha from local authority in Indonesia.

The team was also entrusted by Kumpulan Hamodal Sdn Bhd for t h e preparation and drafting of relevant documents and conduct of negotiations i n t h e completion o f t h e Sale and Purchase of shares Agreement for their acquisition of P.T Pencetus Sawit Andalan, including the conversion of P.T Pencetus Sawit Andalan from PMDN to PMA status company. The firm also handled the application of Hak Guna Usaha from local authority in Indonesia.

They were also engaged by P.T Pinang Witmas Sejati (wholly owned by Perak State Agricultural Development Corporation) for the drafting and preparation of the Memorandum of Understanding, Conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement with Ibris Corporation.
