PROPOSALSPECIFICATIONS

This program is structured to support the strategic priorities of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame over the next four years. The goal of these priorities is to increase interest and participation in the sport of wrestling across all generations, while leveraging the brands of the sponsor, the National Wrestling Hall of Fame and the Dan Gable Museum to ensure a future we all envision for the sport.

PROPOSALSPECIFICATIONS

We intend to name this initiative “Wrestling For All” to highlight the diversity and inclusion the sport embodies. The funding goal for the Wrestling For All educational outreach initiative is $400,000 per year over a four-year period from 2018-2021, for a total of $1.6 million.

PROPOSAL SPECIFICATIONS

To achieve the Wrestling For All goal, the Hall of Fame is seeking donor and sponsor investments of at least $10,000 per-year over the next four years.

This sustained financial commitment will ensure that an additional half a million people annually will become connected to the sponsor, the sport and to the National Wrestling Hall of Fame and the Dan Gable Museum in a meaningful way through the following:

AUGMENTED REALITY

Augmented Reality content applications for mobile devices that will highlight our sport’s heritage and be used at our museums, in our educational outreach travel exhibits and at our events across the country.

$90,000 Annual Investment

DAN GABLE UNIVERSITY

Dan Gable University youth, coach and parent programming and curriculum created and offered in partnership with USA Wrestling at the NWHOF Dan Gable Museum and Training Center.

$60,000 Annual Investment

DIGITAL PLATFORMS

Funding of Digital Platforms in museums in Stillwater, Oklahoma, and Waterloo, Iowa, including uploading of photographs, videos, data and information as well as maintenance.

$55,000 Annual Investment

TRAVELEXHIBITS

Development of custom Travel Exhibits that feature the heritage of wrestling in each state to be displayed at NWHOF state chapter events and at the events of other partner organizations.

$40,000 Annual Investment

YOUTHCHALLENGE

Youth Challenge program to be integrated across all Wrestling For All platforms that will test the physical and mental attributes necessary to be a good wrestler. These challenges will be staged at events across the country as part of the traveling Hall of Fame exhibit.

FORM PARTNERSHIPS

Form Partnerships with key organizations that can help increase our impact and help us meet the goal of Wrestling for All.

POSSIBLE PARTNERSHIP GROUPS

Wrestle Like A Girl will create “Wrestling 101”

programs to better educate parents, particularly

mothers, about wrestling.

$10,000 Annual Investment

Beat the Streets national program.

$15,000 Annual Investment

FCA-Wrestling(Fellowship of Christian

Athletes) national program.

$10,000 Annual Investment

ANNUALSUMMIT

Host Annual Summit with Hall of Fame staff, volunteer leadership, sponsors and Wrestling For All collaborative partners. This two-day summit will be held in conjunction with annual State Chapter Conference. The budget includes planning the agenda, coordinating presenters and providing stipends for travel, lodging, and meals.

SIGNATURE MERCHANDISE

Produce and sell Signature Merchandise associated with each Wrestling for All program.

ACADEMICLESSON PLAN

“Wrestling For All Day” to be scheduled at elementary schools, who will implement a one-day wrestling-focused Academic Lesson Plan provided by the Hall of Fame. If requested, the Hall of Fame will help secure speakers or clinicians.

ACHIEVEMENT CERTIFICATE

Partner with the National High School Federation and State High School Activity Associations to recognize each state champion with an Exceptional Achievement Certificate from NWHOF.

$10,000 Annual Investment

EMERGING LEADERS

Select and honor Emerging Leaders, who are 40 years old or younger, at the NWHOF and DGM Museums, State Chapter Programs and other partner events, which will identify and engage new stewards and leaders in the sport.

YOUTH MEMBERSHIP

Incorporate a Wrestling For All Youth Membership program to engage youth and provide an array of online benefits and services.

PROGRAM FUNDING

Funding for the Wrestle For All program is the responsibility of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame and Dan Gable Museum Development Officers. Both Development Officers report to the National Wrestling Hall of Fame Executive Director.

Each Wrestling For All initiative will offer the sponsor a set of fulfillment benefits proportional to their level of sponsorship:

• Name/Logo on donor screens at Museum and organization's WFA web page

• Name/Logo brand placement on select digital screens at museums, kiosk and online

• Name/Logo brand placement on banners, displays or products for or at select events

• Name/Logo brand placement on select collateral print materials

• Social Media opportunities

• Opportunity to speak or present at WFA events
